Living with factory charm at the foot of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. You will stay in a cozy self-contained apartment (about 50 m²) under the roof. Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available.

The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.

The modern apartment is located in the historic district and is located in a quiet side street, not far from the city center and quickly accessible from the highway exit. Free parking is available in the area. All rooms of the apartment offer plenty of natural light and you can enjoy relaxing hours on the large balcony on warm days. The cozy bedroom can comfortably accommodate 2 people, as does the fold-out sofa bed in the living room.

Feel at home in the small apartment. With us, 1-2 people can spend a few quiet days in a cozily furnished room, with a queen-size bed, couch and TV for a short trip or a business trip. In the apartment is a Badezi. as well as a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle and dishes. The apartment is also ideal as a mechanic's accommodation. Due to the location on the 4th floor, a small workout is included ;-) .

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district of Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower.
