Welcome to the heart of a farmhouse renovated by us. You will stay in an outbuilding on our property. Accommodation located 5 minutes' drive from the city centre, in a quiet countryside offering a green landscape. But also about 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, the beaches of Carolles, Jullouville, Kairon and Granville. Close to the motorway to catch up with Caen or Rennes in just 1 hour. Direct access to the GR22 which passes in front of the gate. GR 22 which leads to Mont Saint Michel.

On the ground floor, living room and equipped kitchen (snack area, induction hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, filter coffee makers + Tassimo). Upstairs: 1 bedroom with desk and 1 140x200 bed 1 small bedroom (<9m2) with 1 extra bed (independent of master bedroom), 1 bathroom Pleasure garden with private parking, garden table + picnic +BBQ Clear views of Avranches and Mt Saint Michel Bay.
