Monthly Rentals in Chaul (Sagmala)

The place looks exactly like the photos. It was well maintained and full of amenities which are described. The hosts are very good and responsive. There places gives you nice traditional Konkani vibes. I would recommend going here during early monsoon or Winter.

Well, we stayed here for 2 nights and the place is amazing just as described in the photos. It's just a min or two walk to beach just little hindrance due to broken stairs at beach. But very very close by beach. Also the location is perfect with lots of food options just outside of door. The home is too good aesthetically and all the amenities are also well thought. Special thanks to Amol for arranging the doctor on short notice in medical emergency. Also the cook had cooked amazing food and also as per our request and requirement :-) All in all a very well thought and beautifully decorated villa in Nagaon. Will definitely revisit and recommend.

Me and my stayed there for three days. That was place we were looking for. Great green and pristine surrounding, and spacious house. The house is surrounded by coconut farms and green open spaces. Definitely a place to rest and unwind. The care taker Rituja Mam and the host took great care in keeping the place tidey. Well maintained fittings and furniture. All the listed amenities were in good operating condition. Care taker managed to Clean the house daily daily, changed towel and made the bed. They have arranged a good caterer Shri Takur,who served home made delicious konkan food whic we all enjoyed. We would be coming back nect year and will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you Rebecca madam and Rituja madam for making our stay. Very Excellent.
