Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Country house

Guests can enjoy this peaceful accommodation (with attached parking) located about 15 minutes from Vitré or Fougères to visit the surrounding countryside by walking the greenway or paths in complete tranquility. A trip of about an hour to Saint-Malo, Mont-Saint Michel and its bay will offer you a beautiful invigorating walk with a marine scent. An open bay to the west offers stunning views of the countryside and its sunsets.

No need to hurry, here you will be on vacation and enjoy at leisure the region, its medieval cities, its narrow streets lined with half-timbered houses and authentic places. Spend a night in an old house, wake up in the morning and feel a little at home to prepare a breakfast. Spread the map on the table and prepare the journey of a day and choose between Fougères, Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Saint Malo, Vitré or Rennes.

We provide a very bright studio with bedroom, office, private bathroom and dining area. Access to the accommodation is completely independent. Street parking is available free of charge. The dining area consists of a fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes (plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery, tea and coffee). So you can reheat dishes, prepare breakfast but not cook. I provide linens and towels.
