Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Châteauneuf-Grasse

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Great value for money. For a couple, this studio is perfect, we were able to enjoy the terrace for an aperitif. Access to a washing machine was very helpful. Everything was perfect, both the welcome and the accommodation. Thanks

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Walters Home is a wonderful oasis for all who appreciate peace and nature! The house is furnished with a lot of love and taste, everything is there to feel comfortable immediately. We especially liked the spacious terrace, the winter garden with the beautiful view of the countryside! Since the described access goes down the slope over hill and dale, travel bags are definitely the right choice and not for guests with limited mobility. Dear Walter, also in this way again a big thank you for the hospitality, also the fast and nice communication. Gladly again!

Solid accommodation. Looked like photos and was walkable to everything. Grasse is not very car friendly.

It was a very clean and comfortable accommodation. I was able to spend a happy vacation on the beautiful balcony.

We had a great weekend, the Airbnb was in line with our expectations and in a very nice pedestrian street :) Murielle was very attentive throughout the stay to make sure everything went well, I highly recommend it!

We had a great weekend in Grasse in this perfectly located accommodation, close to the city centre and its perfumers of all kinds! Two very pleasant nights, the neighborhood is quiet, the studio is very nice and clean: I recommend the experience!

Very nice apartment extremely well equipped and 1 min walk from the centre and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is difficult to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. Lively neighbourhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

I stayed at Claire's apartment for three months from January til April and absolutely loved Valbonne and my stay in general. The apartment was generally well kitted out and had almost everything I needed to work and enjoy my time there, and was finished to a lovely standard. It was cosy, authentic, clean and quiet. Claire was very friendly and helpful - her husband even fitted a mailbox for me, which I really appreciated. Valbonne itself was a perfect location, extremely pretty and full of character. It was also not too far from Cannes and a short Uber ride from the station, making exploration of Cote d'Azur pretty simple. I would happily stay at this Airbnb again. Wonderful experience.

We had an amazing stay in Adrien's apartment. Valbonne is very pretty and the atypical place where the house is located is really beautiful. In addition, a little crush with Adrien: we shared some comments and he immediately reacted and in a benevolent way. We recommend Adrien without hesitation! We look forward to welcoming you!

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things.
