Very pleasant stay in this charming wooden cottage. The calm that reigns in the estate in the middle of nature, surrounded by horses and goats, allows a real disconnection. The indoor, heated pool with shower and toilet is really great and delighted our little girl as much as the parents! Access and departure in total autonomy allows very comfortable flexibility. Thanks to Anaïs for her sympathy and pleasant exchanges, we will come back!

My family and I stayed at this beautifully renovated house in a quiet little village and absolutely loved it. It was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed for a very pleasant stay. The pool was the icing on the cake. Amaury and Stylite were excellent hosts and were very communicative throughout the stay. Anything we needed to ask they replied immediately. We would highly recommend this house and would love to visit it again.

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

Cool quiet place to stay just outside of rennes

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Sophie's house. The house is warm and the outdoor setting was really peaceful and pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice house. Exceptional green setting with terrace. Very quiet even isolated (shops 10 min drive). We looked for the key box but we ended up finding it. 😂 Anne was very good, attentive to our welcome and a lady on site asked us if everything was okay. I recommend this accommodation for those looking for peace and quiet 30 minutes from Rennes by car.

Very welcoming host with a little surprise as a bonus... in the fridge, much appreciated by the way😁🤗 great stay by joining our son, for whom the washing machine was a plus It is a quiet, spacious, very clean place, with very good bedding especially for back pain👌 They know how to welcome and are very pleasant. That said, if we can suggest one thing… a broom for the terrace, and the…. It's like home 😅😉 We highly recommend it if you go to their corners.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in real life it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

A blue house leaning against the hill..... those who live there have thrown away the key.... Charming little house, very quiet, well-equipped, beautiful flowery green area. I was able to recharge and even work remotely... Thierry welcomed me very well, and thanks to him I was able to discover a small restaurant by the river where I enjoyed myself. Just as he knows the history of his hamlet and his region by heart. A local bible... About ten minutes from Segré, on the Angers Rennes axis, very well located for a pleasant stay. Cottage rebuilt with love and taste. I recommend this piece of paradise and its most receptive and friendly host.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's. The home was close to everything but in a nice quiet area. They are wonderful hosts who always took extra time to care for us and make sure we didn't need anything. I cannot recommend the home and the hosts enough. We hope to come back one day as we feel like we just scratched the surface on the area and have a lot more to explore and eat!

Pleasant quiet stay, in a privileged setting, a park beautifully valued by Sébastien, a garden enthusiast. Accommodation in line with the photos, I particularly enjoyed the spacious veranda that gives the feeling of being in the middle of the trees. The wellness area is a plus for a good relaxing time.

Jean was a great host and the stay was peaceful and quiet. We really loved the area!

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

Excellent stay in this house! It is well-fitted and equipped. Quiet and in a green setting without being isolated because it is very quick and easy to access (10 min from Ker Lann, 15 min from Rennes). There are also nice walks nearby. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The entire accommodation is very clean, the information given is clear and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very friendly. I highly recommend it.
