Monthly Rentals in Châteaudouble

Pierre's place in Chateaudouble is absolutely what I hoped for and exactly as marketed. It is quaint, charming, well-equipped, and so incredibly French. The views outside the appartment windows are breathtaking. I adored my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who loves the Var but doesn't want to live in the hubub of nearby touristy towns. As a host, Pierre could not have been more helpful and was always quick to respond to a query or to offer suggestions when I wanted them.

The second and third floor apartment allowed the children to have a semblance of autonomy with their own bedroom and bathroom. The second-floor apartment is very functional, the kitchen is equipped and we enjoyed finding the basics for cooking. The townhouse is located at the entrance to the medieval village, you can walk there and a restaurant helps out because shopping requires taking the car to go to the supermarket 15 minutes away. Life from the third floor terrace is breathtaking. It's perfect for a dinner for four. I recommend this listing because it is perfectly functional and as described. You can park close to the house very easily, parking is also at the entrance to the village.

My partner and I selected Katerine's home to spend our Christmas this year. It was better than the photos and the welcome we received from Katerine was so kind! A cozy fireplace, Christmas decor. She did her best to make us feel welcome. During the course of our nearly two week stay, we immensely enjoyed her home; the beautiful village of Bargemon and surrounding nature. We had an incredible time, a Christmas to remember in this cozy little mountain village. We would love to stay here again- it was perfect: spacious, fenced (for our two small dachshunds), walking distance to the bakery and shop and with a lovely view on the surrounds.
