We called our house Next Door BLR! Next Door, because everything is nearby! On foot! The train station is 2 minutes on foot (PARIS in 30 min, Fontainebleau in 5 min). The Fontainebleau Forest, the Seine in 7 min. Shops, the market in 4 min. For climbers, Rocher Canon is 2.6 km away on foot. The leisure center (beach, golf, horse riding, tennis) is 2 km away. Barbizon is 10 km away and Disneyland is 58 km away. Our house has all the comforts and a large garden. We will be happy to welcome you!

spacieux dans un quartier calme. Près de l'autoroute du sud, Fontainebleau, Blandy l tours, Milly la foret . escalade, randonnée en foret, Franchart, Barbizon peut être envisagé. éventuellement 1 lit d appoint pour enfant. ni fête , ni soirée lors du séjour. Suite à la pandémie nous demandons aux voyageurs de déposer le linge de lit dans la douche et de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes de la salle d eau. A dispo savon liquide et produit désinfectant.

Villa Pretty - Air-conditioned - Seine riverside - Garden

The air-conditioned Pretty villa, close to the banks of the Seine, will welcome you in the greatest comfort. You will enjoy its living room overlooking its garden, its 2 bedrooms, the first with a 160x200 cm bed, the second, a choice of a 160x200 cm bed or 2 90x200 cm beds, its fully equipped kitchen and its very beautiful bathroom. The villa has fiber optics, a parking space. The villa is an independent part of a large house. Not suitable PMR.

Les Longuives

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

Vaux-le-Pénil: duplex studio

In a private property, independent duplex studio of more than 20 m2. On the ground floor: Kitchen with dining area, shower room with toilet and washing machine. Upstairs living room with sofa bed and TV. Ideally located in a quiet area, you will find within a 15-minute walk: Melun city center, banks of the Seine. Direct access to Vaux-le-Pénil city center within a 5-min walk and Bus to Melun train station (direct to Paris in 25 min).

I welcome you with pleasure to discover or rediscover the beautiful forest of Fontainebleau and offer you the unmissable of the region or the unknown spots.

The Seine, between river and Fontainebleau forest

Relax in this peaceful house, a former caretaker's house on the banks of the Seine. It consists of a living room, a bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with separate toilet and a pleasant terrace, all in a very quiet environment, without any neighbours or adjoining houses. The house does not directly overlook the river, which is 50 metres below.
