Bruz: furnished and equipped studio

Furnished studio located on the first floor of the residence where I live in Bruz (10 minutes south of Rennes) fully equipped, 23 m2 (toilet located in the hallway 2 m from the studio entrance), 2 minutes' drive from the Kerlann campus, 5 minutes from the exhibition park and close enough to shops; bus stop 200 m away. Finally, noting that the most uncompromising people are those on vacation or on weekends, I only want to receive people who come for work or are in training... A good listener :-)

The loft was completely renovated in 2016. Quiet, it is located in a wooded park 8 km from Rennes airport, St Jacques de la Lande exhibition center and Ker Lann. It is accessed via an external metal staircase. The loft consists of an entrance with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a large bay window overlooking the park, TV and dining area. A sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
