Villa Heights Hideaway

Our studio guest house is located in Villa Heights, between the Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, which offer plenty of good food, breweries, and music. *This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Our property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.

We live in historic downtown Hickory. You will have your own private space located in the back of our home. It is a studio with a kitchenette. No stove/oven and only a beverage fridge. Adjoining your studio is an un air conditioned game room with pool table/ping pong and workout equipment. We have an outdoor shared space with a grill and fireplace. We also have a super cute golden doodle named Louis, who might be inside the fenced area. Please keep all fence gates locked.

Great guest house located in beautiful historic Plaza Midwood. 1bed/1 bath with a Kitchenette. Private parking onsite for 1 vehicle. Guest house is a short walk to the bars restaurants and breweries of Plaza Midwood. I use it to get a break and recharge with a game of Nintendo. Very unique artwork by local artist one could argue it rivals the MINT. Pieces are not for sale but would entertain offers.
