We had an amazing time at Sarah’s place. Would definitely stay again! Great location beautiful views, and a good amount of space.

Loved this place! Right on the beach (near the pier and town center…and Bert’s Market!) and remodeled with updated bathrooms and comfortable couches and beds. Very nice to hang out on the balcony; just steps to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

It's a great place and so convenient to walk to the beach. The host communicated well, and we had a wonderful time. If we come back to Folly Beach, we will definitely consider this location again.

For a girls 60th Birthday celebration trip, Joanie’s was exactly what we needed Close to Charleston, comfortable balcony over looking the beach/ocean where many memories were shared. Each room had a full bath, kitchen had enough to do our minimal cooking. We did fly in so we did not have access to beach chairs, they did rent them in front of the Blu restaurant if you were willing to pay. Overall Joanie’s made our trip a memorable and comfortable. I would definitely rent this again.

We had an amazing stay at this Folly Beach condo! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and walking distance to everything we needed, from restaurants to shops. The condo itself was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of five. Everyone had room to spread out and relax, which made our trip so comfortable and easy. And Brooklyn was the absolute best host—super responsive, helpful, and kind from start to finish. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time here for a long weekend getaway. Our family had plenty of space in a great location. We loved walking into Folly Beach daily for lunch and not having to use a car. Kevin’s place was the perfect mix of beach and privacy. We’ll definitely visit again.

Peaceful vacation spot! Went for a short trip to the beach with my pup and was the perfect place for someone traveling solo or with a family. I felt safe in the gated community but also enough privacy to feel peaceful especially out on the patio. The house was clean, well stocked with essentials and felt right at home. Was about an 18 minute walk to the beach out the back gate so perfect for a walk on the beach with the pups but if you have beach gear definitely better to drive which is less than 5 minutes from the house. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We appreciated the detailed instructions for check in and parking. Nice, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to King St.

My husband and I loved our stay at Pelican Watch! It was a great location with super easy access to the beach. We brought our dog who enjoyed playing on the beach and long walks around the island. The condo was super clean and felt very homey. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Mary was a terrific hostess. She answered our calls promptly and was so friendly. We appreciated being able to have our dog there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is steps to the beach with a beautiful view from the porch. The condo is nicely decorated and plenty of space for a couple. It was great being able to walk to the bars and restaurants in Folly while being an easy drive to downtown Charleston. We’d happily stay here again.

The decor and accommodations are so much more amazing than described. It was TOO nice for a group of teen boys on spring break. Lol I ended up moving the beautiful pillows and spreads to my room for the duration (chaperone). Three bathrooms was a dream, as was the artwork and decor. I would def return for a girls trip or alone. Denise was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We took a winter getaway with our adult children. The location and views were great! We could walk to many shops, bars and restaurants, and did a bike ride one day. It’s About 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and the ocean view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We’d highly recommend!

Very beautiful place. Most beautiful sunrises ever. Only complaint was the communication was not there with the host.

Just as the description - lovely place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed to start our vacation. We did bring our own coffee pot as we do not like the coffee pods/ machines. Just steps away from the beach and we loved the area too.

Location was amazing! Walkable to a ton of restaurants and shops! Steps to the beach sealed the deal! Needs some cosmetic touch ups, paint chipping in spots and shower handle was loose and a broken toaster, otherwise it was an awesome stay!

Great location on Folly Beach! Short walk to many restuarants (don't miss Rita's) and shops. Balcony includes hightop table and chairs not shown in the pictures. Kitchen updates are also beautufil and not depicted in the pictures. Master bath has a nice walk in shower, not a tub, and the countertop has also been updated. I would like to suggest the host increase some basic necessities. Our stay included zero dishwasher detergent & laundry pods, and just 1 trash bag in each of the 2 containers. The partial bottle of travel size dishsoap wasn't enough to hand wash dishes so we purchased diswasher pods & Tide pods. Seems like a goodwill gesture to provide guests with a half dozen trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, then guests can purchase more. Also ask your cleaning staff to launder bath mats between guests and open all AC vents. Overall, a very nice condo for our 6 adults.

Kelly’s condo was great! Location was perfect, it was well appointed, clean and spacious. We loved the covered balcony with a view of the ocean and found ourselves having coffee there in the morning and a glass of wine (or 2) in the evening. We look forward to visiting Folly beach again and will definitely look to rent Kelly’s condo again.
