Beautiful home and surroundings. 3 couples with personal spaces and large communal spaces to gather. Very comfortable and clean. Recommend Kiss Cafe for breakfast. We also went through Savor Charleston and had Chef Morgan and her assistant prepare and serve a dinner at the house- fabulous food and was relaxing to just enjoy the views and the wonderful home. Highly recommend! It's no wonder their home receives the 5 star reviews!

I would recommend Captain Morgan’s to any and everyone. The house in itself will have you not even wanting to leave to see the beach or other attractions. You are steps away from a beach access that not many people know about. The section of the beach you will be on is the most quiet of the entire island. You will not have to go to the store for anything, the house has it all! Amazing views, clean, spacious, all of the above! I wish we didn’t have to leave!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jon’s beautiful home. It’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with stunning panoramic views of the marsh and Wando River — truly a relaxing retreat. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds and towels were perfect, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Jon was a fantastic host — kind, responsive, and helpful. The location was ideal: tucked away, yet a quick and easy drive to Charleston and nearby beaches. A special bonus for bird lovers: my husband, an avid birder, identified 66 species during our week, all from the yard and private pier thanks to the unique marsh and wooded surroundings. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this home for a peaceful, well-appointed getaway.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for two families of four. The location is perfect - walkable to town and close to the beach but off the Main Street so quiet and not busy. We loved the pool and hot tub and outdoor seating and we made good use of the ping pong table room. We had small issues and questions throughout our stay and Frank was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for a bachelorette group! Each bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom which is rare to find. The location is amazing and is walkable to tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. My only down side is that there are some air circulation issues - my bedroom was extremely hot whereas the other side of the house was much cooler. But that’s to be expected with an older home that’s been updated. This was overall one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in.

This house was amazing for our Charleston girls trip. Location was close to beach and city and house was gorgeous, spacious, stocked, decorated and cleaned to perfection. Every detail and decoration was so well thought out, we had the BEST time! Pool and gym were standouts💗. Would definitely rent here again 💯!

We had a great stay. We had plenty of room and everything was very clean and cozy. The hosts were very friendly and responsive making it easy to relax and feel right at home!

Host was great, proactive, and available at all times. The home was in a great community close to Tanger Outlets. Home was also very spacious and clean. For seven adults and two pets to stay in the home, we never felt like we were on top of each other. All the bedrooms were spacious, had tvs, and ceiling fans. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. There was plenty of space in this home for my family of six plus pets. Nicer than the photos on the listing. Very well equipped. Loved having the wagon and beach chairs so we did not have to bring ours. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Erin was very communicative about an issue that occurred and it was resolved quickly. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The park across the street has by far the coolest playground I’ve ever been to. Plenty of sleeping space for large families. A couple minor issues arose during our stay, and the host was very responsive, fixing the issue within hours. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and felt safe. There is a cute downtown area to eat and drink. Beds were comfortable and the house was relaxing.

The Boroughs worked great for our group of four, each with their own bedroom and bathroom, and it was very spacious and comfortable. It was a great location for touring the sites of Charleston and the Boroughs provided great recommendations and travel/tour information. Thank you for sharing the Boroughs.

Jaime hone was perfect for a family 7 adults and 3 children. Have stayed in numerous AirBNB and nor have come to close to being stocked as well as this home. From kitchen to beach items, everything you need for your stay was here. Highly recommend.

This might be the best vacation rental we have ever had. My grandson liked this vacation more than Disney World. It was the perfect place to relax and just enjoy being with family. Mark was great and available if we had any questions. We will definitely be coming back.

We had the best girls weekend at Calvin’s home! He was very responsive and flexible letting us drop our bags off at the house ahead of check in. It was a great house and location - so close to the beach but also was great to have the pool option! IOP was a blast and the house was a semi far, but feasible walk to restaurants/bars. The house was great with many rooms to spread out and use during our stay. The only note is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any cooking essentials (olive oil, s&p, butter, condiments). Would highly recommend - we may even be back!

We traveled to Charleston to commemorate a 70th birthday party. The house was beautiful, clean and well supplied. Location was central to all the places that we wanted to visit. The outdoor patio was fantastic, just be aware that you must be indoor by nine pm, which was a bit of a bummer, as we would have loved to enjoy the space and hot tub at night.

We were in town celebrating my brother’s wedding, and Joseph’s home was the perfect place to unwind and spend time with family. The pool area was beautiful! He was extremely responsive and the home was very comfortable and well equipped.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beach house. It’s not too often that we get to get together, but this made up for some lost years. The living room and kitchen area is a great gathering spot for all of us to eat and connect. Each room gave everyone their own personal space. It was peaceful, and when the doors are shut it blocks out any noise coming from the main areas this works well with a few members might be in different sleep schedules. The best part about this house is how private it is, but how if you want to be in the mix you were only a seven minute drive away. Great places to eat like Rita’s and Woody’s pizza will have the family full with delicious food . We would highly recommend staying here and we plan to book another trip.

Beautiful clean home! Lauren was a great host. She responded right away when we asked how to access the very large relaxing pool that had 0 to 5 ft depths. Her home was very conveniently located close to the comm pool we could walk. There’s walking trails. Peaceful setting with the screened patio area allowed me to work outside and enjoy the view of the canal behind the house but protected by the privacy fenced in yard. I do not have any pets and although this home said it welcomed pets I was happy it did not smell like pets lived there honestly. I did not encounter any pests at all which is always a concern of mine. Very clean home. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The primary suite is separate from the other bedrooms. The 4th bdrm is set up as a den yet included a futon of someone chose to use that room as a bedroom. This home will be my “go-to” place for my future visits to the area. House was near a Publix & Harris Teeter which has a Starbucks. Thank you again Lauren😇
