It consists of a bedroom and a living room with fitted kitchen, washing machine, sofa, enclosed terrace, not overlooked. I provide linens and towels.

Fully south-facing, very quiet, with exposed stone and wood, very comfortable with garden furniture, barbecue, air conditioning, washing machine, and... bathtub, and equipped kitchen. You have a large wooded garden to yourselves Independent parking, bike shelter available. Baby equipment on request. Very fast Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work.

Le gite de la tour: Detached house located in the countryside in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards. On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bedroom (160/200 bed) and bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Ideally located 6 km from the Jonzac Thermal Baths or the heart of the city in a quiet location with beautiful views of the countryside. 4270 m2 garden with fruit trees. Small pond and open-air café. The 38 m2 cottage has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. For 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting bedroom (20 m2) with a 160 x 200 bed. If there are 2 of you and you want 2 bedrooms, register 3 people.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

Enjoy the comfort of this charming, perfectly equipped maisonette (bedding+++ in 180 or 2*90, classified 3***, close to beaches, shops, the village centres of La Noue and Sainte Marie de Ré, and bike paths (2 bikes at your disposal), 20 min La Rochelle Station, bus connection.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

As soon as you arrive, you'll feel right at home! Everything is planned so that you are welcomed in the best conditions. Our guests are struck and won over by the ambient calm and brightness conducive to rest and rejuvenation.

Come and discover the Charentaise countryside, in the heart of the Cognaçais vineyard, in Grande Champagne, on a vineyard. I provide you with a new accommodation of 50m² adjoining my house, but totally independent. Guests can enjoy the heated family pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to take you on a tour of our distillery.
