Gite Merlot, capacity 5 people but also ideal for a weekend for 2, (except in July and August when rentals are weekly), to enjoy the joys of swimming and relaxing under the sun or go exploring the countryside of the Cognac vineyard, the noble Cognac drink, Romanesque architecture, the Charente river. Close to Cognac, Angoulême, the beaches are about 1 hour away. Gite equipped for a pleasant stay at home, the bedding is comfortable.

You will stay in a private double room with shared bathroom. Located 500 meters from the nearest beach, in the heart of the village of Domino, an authentic village of the island with its market and pine forests, and wild beaches. The Moulin d'Annepont is a beautiful and old building full of history and charm. Nestled in the hollow of a green setting, it is located a few kilometers from many exceptional tourist sites. Let yourself be lulled by the soft sound of the Rutelière, the small stream that borders the property and feeds the old bucket wheel. It is a large 3-star gîte for 10 people. In medium and low seasons we offer room rentals.
