We had a great time at François' place! Lots of comfort and amenities, very well located... Accommodating and friendly host. I would definitely recommend it!

The house and its services were up to our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt great in the house and found a great welcome there. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

Great place! The house is great and the residence is beautiful, quiet and secure. It's very close to the center of the Flotte. Perfect bedding, secure parking space so very convenient! Small garden in front of the house, closed so perfect if you have a pet. Accessible swimming pool, large park with ping pong table and small playground. At the entrance of the residence, there is a nice little grocery store where you can order lunch. And most importantly: Ile de Ré is just Waouw🤩! In short , we highly recommend this listing😃!

Thanks to Aurélie for a pleasant stay! The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

A stone's throw from the corniche, quiet and in the flowers. The house is typical of this coast, well laid out and equipped. It's bright with real books and real 50s decor. A treat

The listing is as described and photographed. The neighborhood is very very quiet, no noise, and a very nice little garden allows a high quality rest. The bedding is new, and everything is thought out and thought out to have a really good time. Jean-Francois is adorable, responsive and with good advice for nearby visits. Royan beach is 15’ walk away and St Georges beach is 20 minutes away. It's simple I parked my car in front of the property and didn't need it for 10 days. I'll be back ( with my dog who will then be bigger and educated😉) . Recommended ++++

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

Very pleasant stay spent at 8 in Marie-Noelle's house The house is spacious, very clean, with a very nice exterior. I would highly recommend it!

Thank you Delphine and Modestie for your welcome. Very beautiful house with a beautiful capacity for a stay with family. Small children enjoyed the pool as well as the older ones. Conveniently located close to shops and the beach. I will definitely recommend this place.

What a great experience! We booked the place in March and the weather was with us. We had a great week off at this beautifully renovated home. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from a supermarket, the local market (fishmonger, en primeur, wines, oysters,...), restaurant and bike rental. The sea is literally next to the house (with a convenient 2 benches for improvised relaxation at all hours). The accommodation is well equipped: tv in each room (4!), soundbar, internet box, 3 comfortable sofas, side lamps, jacuzzi, ... The reviews I have read in the reviews have either been corrected or false: the beds did not make noise, the accommodation has a washing machine and dryer, the nightclub (high season) do not disturb the premises more than that, ... I dare not imagine the happiness of this accommodation in mid-season with temperatures allowing the use of the swimming pool and plancha:o) Go for it!

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

Thank you so much for your hospitality and availability. The house is brand new and extremely clean. The place is extremely relaxing (despite the nightclub right next to the house) we do not extend. The insulation in the house is perfect. The Spa is lovely. The host responds extremely quickly to all our messages, and is extremely pleasant. Thank you for the stay

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

New Year's Day weekend with friends in St-Palais. The house is large enough, very clean and well-equipped, with many products available. It is well located for cycling or walking trips, and close to the center. Bernard is a very responsive and accommodating host. Easy communication. Recommended rental!

A very nice house, easy to stay in. Close to the harbor, center, and beach. Coastal trail just around the corner. Quiet private garden and appreciable sheltered inner courtyard. Great stay! We'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Angela’s house. It is in a fantastic location, very tranquil but close to the heart of La Couarde. The house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Communication with Angele was excellent and she was very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. We loved our stay and will definitely book again when we come to the Île de Re.

We had a lovely weekend at Yann's family home. The house is located in a quiet and tranquil environment, and close to the beach (not accessible to PRMs) which is relatively wild and uncrowded (at least during our stay at the end of April). The house is in a great location and makes it easy to radiate on the island. We were 8 people (4 generations) but everyone was easily able to have their own space sincethere are 2 separate sleeping areas and 4 bedrooms in total, the dining room table is well suited for the number of people, the whole house is level which was appreciated for the older ones. We came with our dog, the garden is perfectly fenced and secured. Finally, in advance, Yann was very responsive when booking and provided us with a detailed guide for self access to the house as well as a guide to shops and sites to visit.

We had an extremely pleasant week with our family in Saint Trojan. Our hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation was comfortable, extremely clean and what to say about the beautiful location. We'll be happy to go back!
