Vous profitez librement du parc, de l’étang et de l’espace piscine situé à l’orée du bois (piscine de Juin à Septembre).

Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and guinguettes... In summer, our village has everything you need for a paradise! A real cocoon, the wood-burning stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.
