Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double rooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom. There is also a living room, a kitchen and an indoor Canarian courtyard. Outside, there's private parking, gardens, areas for leisure and reading, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it may seem large, the house can be adapted in a very cosy way for two people, who will feel right at home. However, bookings for special event celebrations are not allowed, and parties are not permitted. We also want to mention that we, the hosts, live on the other side of the house and share the pool terrace with our guests. Although we don't really use it, if guests are using it, we need to pass through this area to enter and leave our house. We also share the interior courtyard area; it is a transit area for us at some point during the day. It's ideal for children, as they have areas to run and play in, as well as a corner with beach sand. The house has satellite TV, a DVD player and a washing machine service for stays longer than one week... Bed linen and towels are available for stays longer than one week. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the centre of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health centre and, of course, La Ermita de San Antonio, where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the surrounding countryside, just behind the house there are a number of trails that are part of the island's trail network. These trails offer wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transport stop less than five minutes away. From here, visiting the island is easy. It's almost in the centre, and the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Puerto del Carmen, which can be reached in 10 minutes, and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes away. These are ideal beaches with golden sand. In short, we invite you to get to know us and enjoy a cosy place where the singing of birds will keep you company during your stay.

Casa del Charco 2.0 & Casa del Charco 2.1 are located in a privileged place, in the best place in Arrecife and one of the best on the island, in the mythical and spectacular Charco de San Ginés, which is an open sea entrance to an area that has formed a " "inland" natural saltwater lake, with ebbs and flows of the tide, where the fishing boats of the local people rest. SAILING HOLIDAYS

# Beautiful 8.4-metre sailboat. The interior is small (1.62 metres high) but very cosy. The outer rear section (sunbed) is spacious and comfortable for enjoying the sun. Not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility. Toilets and showers are located in the marina, which It is a 10-minute walk from the city centre, where you will find very nice places, shopping centres, cinemas, nightlife, buses to go to all areas of the island, the beach and historical sites.
