Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you

Air-conditioned studio by the river - shared pool

Independent, air-conditioned 30 m² studio in a 4000 m² park by the river. Direct access to the river from the garden. Shared pool with us (access from 10 am to 6 pm) open from mid-June to mid-September. 10 min from the city center of Angoulême. A little slice of heaven: an oasis in the heart of the city and a good hour from the first beaches on the Atlantic coast.
