Apartment holiday rentals in Champlan

The apartment is as in the photos, everything is very new, new kitchen, new bathroom, new furniture. The outside of the apartment is not tidy, but when you go inside it is super tidy and comfortable. O Shower is extremely hot and comfortable, full kitchen. The place is great, it has everything nearby and is very quiet.

Mehdi's place is very good in every way. We stayed with my partner for 5 nights. The residence was quiet, the accommodation clean and spacious for the area. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the residence open daily. The RER or train station are a 10-minute walk away. There are a lot of shops nearby as well. Mehdi sent us all the information with great details. The entrance is very easy. In short, we recommend it and will happily be back.

I enjoyed the space that was provided. Everything was very easy to access and the communication was great. The surrounding area is very peaceful and would highly recommend.

Good place if you want to visit Paris and need free parking. You can take the train to the city centre. The room is spacious, with lots of natural light and has everything you need.

We had a lovely stay at Didier's. Quiet accommodation, near the Rer, matching our expectations. A small downside for the partly glass door that lets the outside light through, we hung a blanket in front because I'm sensitive to light, and a little mold on the ceiling, but that didn't bother us. It was nice and the outside is a real plus. Honestly, we'll come back if we have a chance.

Very good extension of stay at Florent's. We had a pleasant stay at his place and we thank him for it. Nice well furnished apartment, well equipped and in a very quiet neighborhood.

The place js great and at an excellent location. Easy access to grocery stores and the RER B and C. Cécile is an excellent host, very responsive and friendly.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the centre of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
