Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. You will find 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with shower and bathtub and dressing room) that can accommodate 9 people. A large living space with a kitchen open to the dining room. The lounge area is located on the mezzanine: a warm space conducive to rest. You can also enjoy a garage, and a small garden where you will have garden furniture and BBQ.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and towel. cleaning included. You will stay in a 55 m2 apartment for 5 people with balcony on the 2nd and last floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/WC (bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
