Monthly Rentals in Chalk Hill AVA

Sergia was a great host, very responsive and always kept us in the loop if something was going on around the neighborhood or next door. It's an amazing location, an easy walk to Windsor Town Green, where there are lots of restaurants, tasting rooms, and breweries! The private parking is great so you don't have to worry about finding a place on the street. Lots of water pressure in the showers and plenty of hot water to go around. The place was very clean and made us felt like home when we moved here. I would definitely recommend staying here! We already miss it...

We had a great stay at Heather’s place! It’s very private, quiet, and relaxing. The loft bedroom is comfy. The kitchen has most of the pots, pans, and utensils you might need. The designated parking spot is just out front of the front door. The community is very friendly and welcoming! There’s a huge park less than a mile away which we both walked and drove to multiple times to get some walks in and play with our dog. It’s pretty close to the highway and a fair amount of stores and restaurants so easy to get places. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend her home to anyone visiting the area!

My only recommendation is changes need to be made in one of the bedroom closet. I could not hang any clothes since it lacked a wooden structure that connects from one wall to another. That created difficulty with our clothes to be hung. Otherwise, the place was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed more, but I had to return to Illinois.
