Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Chalcis

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Belle terrasse. Bien situé pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit des voitures. Le village de Vasiliko situé à 2-3 km possède tous les commerces nécessaires.

Ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή . Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και άνετο. Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα για την διαμονή μας. Εύκολη πρόσβαση και είσοδο. Πάντα χώρος για πάρκιγκ κάτω ακριβώς από το διαμέρισμα. Φροντισμένο εσωτερικό καλαίσθητο άνετα κρεββάτια 2 μπάνια μεγάλο σαλόνι με καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Πολύ κοντά σε όλες τις δραστηριότητες, στην παραλία στο λιμάνι σε ταβέρνες και καφετέριες. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με ηλεκτρικά ρολά μεγάλο καναπέ Γ μεγάλη τηλεόραση ιντερνετ γρήγορο. Ακριβώς από κάτω υπάρχει φούρνος και καταστήματα για να ψωνίσετε τα απαραίτητα. Κοντά σε Σούπερ Μάρκετ. Πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτης πάτα διαθέσιμος. Θα ξαναέρθουμε σύντομα

everything was amazing, Vaggelis is an excellent host, responding always on time. The apartment was spacious and squeaky clean. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately we stayed on a day with 40 degrees and even though we slept fine with the fans that the apartment already has, an A/C would be a good addition, just in case there is a day with so high temperature. 10/10 and i would stay again with no hesitation.

Lydia ηταν φιλικη και εξυπηρετική απο την πρωτη στιγμη. Ο χωρος ηταν πεντακάθαρος και ειχε οτιδηποτε χρειαζεται καποιος! Σε Ευχαριστω λύδια!

Η διαμονή μας στα Brina’s Luxury Apartments ήταν εξαιρετική. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με άνετους και καλά εξοπλισμένους χώρους. Οι κήποι ήταν πανέμορφοι και η πισίνα προσέφερε μια ευχάριστη δροσιά, ιδανική για τις ζεστές μέρες. Η τοποθεσία μέσα στη φύση πρόσφερε ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Επίσης τα apartments βρίσκονται κοντά στη θάλασσα όπου μπορείς να κανείς μπάνιο αλλά και να διασκεδάσεις σε ένα από τα πολλά εστιατόρια και μπαρ. Ωστόσο, αυτό που ξεχώρισε περισσότερο ήταν η απίστευτη φιλοξενία του Σταύρου και της Brina. Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, φροντίζοντας για κάθε μας ανάγκη και προσφέροντας πολύτιμες συμβουλές για την περιοχή. Η ευγένεια και η προθυμία τους να βοηθήσουν έκανε τη διαμονή μας πραγματικά αξέχαστη. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα τα Brina’s Luxury Apartments για όποιον ψάχνει μια άνετη και φιλόξενη διαμονή μέσα στη φύση.

The price can’t be beat for 3 weeks ! Even though I never met host in person he always responded back quickly via the chat . I wish I had met him . He is a seaman at was at sea when I was there. His mother Eleni , who lived next door was extremely helpful and friendly . I have trouble with stairs and Eleni helped me of so many times with groceries . Location was just a little walk to the downtown of Psachna . Several restaurants, shops there . My unit had a beautiful view of the surrounding area from my third floor balcony . Even though I had issues with the stairs and when I arrived to my unit the view from the balcony made it so rewarding. Thanks so much to you and your mother Eleni ! Till next time ! Paul Leon

αψοχή οικοδεσπότης η Αναστασία! πολύ φιλική ,πολύ ευχάριστος άνθρωπος, και το σπίτι της εξαιρετικά τέλειο!! μία από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες μου περάσαμε τέλεια !!με μεγάλη μου χαρά θα τα ξαναπούμε την επόμενη φορά που θα έρθουμε αμαρυνδος Αναστασιά... το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!

Πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και άνετο μικρό διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις για να περάσεις όμορφες και ανέμελες διακοπές. Η πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα ήταν πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια. Το γεγονός ότι κάτω από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει φούρνος και μανάβικο ήταν τρομερά βολικό. Το μόνο που δυσκολεύει κάποιον που δεν έχει μεταφορικό μέσο είναι η αρκετά μεγάλη απόσταση προς το κέντρο της περιοχής όπου βρίσκονται οι ταβέρνες, οι καφετέριες, τα μπαράκια και οι υπόλοιπες όμορφες παραλίες (1,4 χλμ). Ο ιδιοκτήτης, ο κύριος Δημήτρης, πάντα ευγενικός, φιλικός και διαθέσιμος και πολύ κατατοπιστικός σε όποια πληροφορία τού ζητήσαμε. Είναι σίγουρο πως και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφθούμε τους Αγίους Αποστόλους θα επιλέξουμε το ίδιο κατάλυμα.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend und kompetent reagiert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön für den bereitstehenden Begrüßungswein und für die selbst eingelegten Oliven.

Μαγευτικό το διαμέρισμα και η περιοχή. Θα ήθελα να μείνω περισσότερο. Θα το προτιμήσουμε πάλι. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

We had a simply fantastic time staying at Kostas and Sofia's Calypso Villa. The setting is jaw dropping... every morning I would walk out of the master bedroom and be confronted with the most stunning view, through the wide giant windows of the living room, of the sea and mountains of the mainland behind. The villa is simple but super comfortable. The main living room/kitchen combined with the deck feels huge and with the constant companion of that amazing view. The pool - very cold! - great between sunbathing stints. And our three children - one teen and two tweens - loved the table tennis. We had not been to Evia before and really loved the 'off the beaten track' feel of it, so close to Athens and yet feeling very traditional and rural. Dafni itself has one taverna, above the beach, and there's another in Neotrivia (4-5 minute drive) where we also bought bread each morning from the tiny back street bakery. Sofia and Kostas are super helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

Το σπίτι ήταν άψογο από κάθε άποψη, περάσαμε τέλεια και ανυπομονουμε για τον προγραμματισμό της επόμενης επίσκεψης μας...Πολύ ευγενικοί οι γονείς της ιδιοκτήτριας και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί!!!!συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα ❤️

Πολύ ωραίο σπιτι, πολυ καλη τοποθεσία...

Nous avons passé 13 jours dans la maison de Khaled. Tout d'abord, Khaled est extrêmement sympathique et fera le maximum pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Disponible, avenant et à l'écoute. L'endroit est tout simplement idyllique avec une vue incroyable, une piscine privée et uniquement pour votre usage avec de très belles dimensions. La maison est également très calme dans un écrin de verdure et vue sur l'ile d'Eubée. A quelques minutes vous trouverez les nombreux restaurants, supermarchés et plages de Nea Palatia, L'intérêt de cette maison est aussi sa proximité d'Athènes (45 km ) ce qui en fait un point de départ intéressant pour se rendre régulièrement à Athènes pour visiter les nombreux sites archéologiques (Acropole, Gora, Plaka...). La maison se prête bien aussi à la visite du site de Delphes. Je recommande pour les familles !

το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό,με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κάποιος για να μείνει μέρες και να νιώσει σαν το σπίτι του.Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη και ήταν ακριβώς ότι είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες!!!ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!!

Amazing Stay, Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Maria’splace! The property was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Maria was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect for aquiet weekend getaway, and I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The house was simply perfect. It had all the amenities and is in a very good location. Most importantly, Angeliki was very helpful and friendly. Until next time!

Die Gastgeberin hat auf Anfragen schnell reagiert und uns vor Ort begrüsst. Eine tolle Wohnung mitten in einem ruhigen Viertel von Chalkida. Alles sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet und die Innenstadt mit Fussgängerzone, Läden, Supermarkt und Tavernen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Uns hat auch der nahe liegende Strand sehr gut gefallen. Alle Fenster haben Mückenschutznetze, was wir sehr begrüsst haben. Leider ist es im Zimmer mit Einzelbett nicht möglich, das Fenster ganz zu verdunkeln (nur ein Vorhang). Durch die Ostseite wurde es da etwas früh hell. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Chalkida und in diese Wohnung.

Just amazing place if you want to disconnect and really relax. Apartament had everything we needed for our stay and host was amazingly friendly. Highly recommended for family holidays. We will want to come back :)

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι,καθαρό και ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες..Το κέντρο είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια,η Αθήνα είναι πολύ εξυπηρετική και άψογη οικοδέσποινα!!
