Beachfront holiday rental in Chalcis

Our two-night stay at Christina's place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, right by the sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Christina herself is an exceptional host, making our stay even more enjoyable with her warm hospitality. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι εκπληκτικό, με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, με απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα. Η τοποθεσία είναι φανταστική, στην παραλία πηγαίνεις με τα πόδια σε 3'.Η Ξανθή ήταν εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότρια, είχε φροντίσει να έχουμε ότι μπορεί να χρειαζόμασταν. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα, περάσαμε υπέροχα! Ανυπομονούμε να έρθουμε ξανά!

Super Unterkunft, zentral gelegen an der Hauptstrasse von Amarynthos. Ideal um Ausflüge in die Region zu unternehmen. Restaurants und Kaffees gleich nebenan. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. zu empfehlen

Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο και πολύ οργανωμένο, είχε μέσα οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστείς. Θέα το ηλιοβασίλεμα από το μπαλκόνι!!! Περνώντας απέναντι το δρόμο ήταν η παραλία!!! Είχε τα πάντα κοντά, από φαΐ, καφέ, ποτό, ψώνια! Η κυρία Ευαγγελία, ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος !!! Εγώ και οι κόρες μου μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένες! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

To σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό. Όμορφο, ευχάριστο και πλήρες. Είναι καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες κατά την άποψη μου. Και οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού είναι τέλεια γιατί είναι ήσυχο και μακριά από θόρυβο και κίνηση αλλά ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια σε εστιατόρια καφέ και την παραλία. Αν το πλάνο σας είναι η επίσκεψη στην περιοχή μπορώ με σιγουριά να σας συστήσω τον χώρο. Θα μείνετε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι

A beautiful apartment, with the most amazing views!!! Located walking distance to everything. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean, with large wardrobes, aircon and all other amenities. It also comprised 2 extra-large balconies. Our hosts were very approachable, helpful & thoughtful (when restocking linen for us they even brought us fresh grapes from their own vine trees and rock melon). I would highly recommend & would rebook when we visit again. Thank you

Beautiful, clean and well located apartment that has the beach and places to eat within walking distance. The host was great and very friendly. Fully recommended and will visit again.

We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

Anna and Menelaos were delightful hosts - friendly and helpful, & they even invited us to join them for Sunday dinner! The apartment/villa is just lovely - lots of space & fully equipped with a private wrap-around balcony (so you can find sun or shade to your preference all day), and a shared (with the hosts) garden & pool area. So lovely to come back to a little paradise after a hot day of exploring! And a great location - near enough to Chalkida that you can quickly be in the middle of the action if you wish. Note there is a relatively steep flight of stairs (as noted in the listing).

Christina en haar man waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prachtige locatie om goed te kunnen ontspannen. Alles wat we nodig hebben was aanwezig. De zee met klein strandje in mooie baai was vlakbij. Dit verblijf is een aanrader! We hopen nog eens terug te gaan.

Our party of 4 adults, one 7 yr old and one baby loved our stay! Manto even allowed our family members to park their RV/camper on the property. The kids played in the garden every day, they especially loved the cats. We enjoyed hikes up the hill, walks on the beach and used the kayaks provided at the property multiple times. We came off season in October and there were very people which we loved, very peaceful. The property is remote which we knew beforehand. It’s 20 min drive to a small store and 30+ minutes to a grocery store. We went to Athens area a few times and the nearby adventure park which we highly recommend for kids. The house was wonderful, in a peaceful location, ideal to relax! Everything was pristinely clean and the house had everything a family would need, down to coffee, board games, and fully equipped rooms. The pool is a great highlight, as the multiple seating places around it, and the fantastic lighting in the evening! George is a super host, absolute professional, warm hearted and with a big smile. He responded to everything we asked and suggested places to visit 😀 Thank you George, we hope to see you again !!

We have been staying at AirBnBs for years and years but Villa Calypso has to top them all! I literally could not stop smiling and dancing when we first got there. It is so beautiful and so well kept. The decor is outstanding. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was there. The outdoor facilities are amazing and the setting is priceless. Sophia and Kostas are first class hosts - so helpful, friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and make precious memories. We cannot recommend Villa Calypso highly enough. You have to experience it to believe it!

A ház fantasztikus kilátással rendelkezik a hegyre és a tengerre, a beltér mediterrán stílusban ízlésesen van berendezve, több családnak is kényelmes elosztással. Azt hittük, a klíma hiánya kellemetlen lesz ha hőség van, de a hálószobákban lévő mennyezeti ventillátorok elegendőek voltak éjszaka. Autóval könnyen megközelíthető közeli strand, bevásárlási lehetőség, nagyobb település elérhető. Hosszabb ott tartózkodásra is alkalmas lehet, mert teljesen felszerelt konyha, fürdőszoba áll rendelkezésre. A tulajdonos mindig gyorsan és kedvesen válaszolt a felmerülő kérdésekre vagy problémákra, könnyen ment a kommunikáció.

Mit dem Mietauto vom Flughafen Athen zur Unterkunft sind es ca. 50min zu fahren. Der Ort Kanari ist etwas abgeschieden, mit einem Fahrzeug aber kein Problem. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Athen, Korinth, Piräus, Chalkida und Marathon unternommen. Das Haus ist in gepflegtem Zustand, sehr sauber und für 5 Personen ausreichend groß. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und zwei Klimaanlagen, die das Haus auch bei größter Hitze schön herunterkühlen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns neben Handtüchern und Bettwäsche sogar neue verpackte Zahnbürsten und Duschgel bereit gestellt. Ein Korb mit Obst, Keksen, Marmelade und Wein hat uns sehr gefreut. WLAN hat tadellos funktioniert. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe, Schüsseln, Pfannen sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Ein sehr guter Bäcker ist ca. 7km entfernt, zum Supermarkt sind es ca. 4km. Das Meer ist vom Haus aus zu sehen, vom Grundstück ans Meer sind es ca. 200m auf der Straße zu gehen - vorbei an 3 Häusern -> praktisch wie ein Privatweg.

Καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα με μπαλκοναρα βουνό και θάλασσα ! Όλα όπως στις φωτογραφίες άψογα. Λεπτομερείς οδηγίες και hints τα οποία μας βοήθησαν πάρα πολύ Ήταν απλά υπέροχα !

Christianne est une personne très accueillante , disponible a tout moment,serviable et de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons très vivement ce logement et cette hôte.Nous avons apprécié la présence des animaux chiens et chats qui sont présents mais absolument pas envahissants.Nous reviendrons très certainement prochainement.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Belle terrasse. Bien situé pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit des voitures. Le village de Vasiliko situé à 2-3 km possède tous les commerces nécessaires.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Andrew's Apartment gefühlt. Er war immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und die kleinen Restaurants.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce bel appartement au 1er étage d'une maison située sur un grand terrain arboré, à 50 mètres d'une plage de sable et à 5 min en voiture des commerces. Nous recommendons +++ ce logement avec ses grands espaces et sa belle terasse avec vue sur mer. Polyanthi, notre hôtesse, a été hyper réactive à nos diverses demandes. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr dans ce petit coin de paradis.
