Great place. Comfy bed. Clean. Host is nice. Kind staff. I extended my stay. I was mainly working and WiFi was good for me. There is a small cafe there also and host helped me rent a motor bike. Close to beach via motor bike and a mall. 5/5.

Only positive impressions! Excellent apartment, good repair and good furniture. This is rare for Thailand, but the apartment really has a lot of space! Quiet area, the sea is across the road, 7-11 is 50 meters away. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail, there are 3 balconies with a beautiful view, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer. The owners are very friendly and helpful people.

房屋位置相对罗勇市区比较远一点，但我们开车所以位置不是很敏感。房屋车程10分钟即可到达罗勇一个著名的海滩边，有很多好吃的餐厅，周围也有一些著名的景点比如百年罗勇博物馆(强烈推荐)之类的。如果去罗勇市区或者去冲浪，需要40分钟左右车程，所以如果不是自驾可能需要考虑。 房屋本身很好，在一个安静美丽干净的小区内，小区内有游泳池有送餐到家的餐厅(披萨意面等)，从居住的角度来说，非常舒适，有一些小问题可以忍受。入住也很顺畅，房屋由房屋管家负责管理，所以需要咨询什么可以找房屋管家。 整体来说，如果自驾出游，非常推荐。

Me and my partner just stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks. The house is lovely , new and modern and very large with a large garden and private skate park. With a gate entrance . The house is equipped with everything and more you would need to live there. It honestly felt like being at home we didn’t want to leave . The location is very secluded there is not a lot around in the area so if you are looking for seclusion this would be perfect although Lae ma phim is only a 11 minute drive where there is a lovely beach and restaurants. Right opposite the house is a local shop 2 minute walk is a Muay Thai gym 5 minute drive is a gym , 7/11 and local Thai market . I would advise you to arrange rental of transport before arriving at the house as there is no bolt or grab and it is extremely hard to find a taxi anywhere The closes bike& car rental place was in lae mae phim Destada was wonderful , they were very responsive and extremely helpful . Amazing stay!!

I enjoyed my stay at this house. I really liked the garden surrounding the property it was peaceful, quiet, and full of beautiful flowers. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the blanket in the smaller bedroom was a bit too thin. Fortunately, our group ended up with only four people, so we didn’t need to use it. Also, there was no bidet spray in the bathroom on the second floor, which made things a bit inconvenient when the toilet paper ran out. But overall, there was nothing that caused any real problem. Sehr sehr schönes Haus mit toller Terrasse, nur wenige Schritte zum Gemeindachaftspool, alles sauber und sehr gepflegt! Alles gut organisiert und tolle, ruhige Gegend! Ruhige Strände, tolle Restaurants auch westliches Essen!

Nice place with kitchen, two bedrooms, and A/C in every room with Netflix on the TV. Nice bakery downstairs and right next to the beach. The only downside is that it is isolated. If you don't have a car, it's hard to get around and there isn't much in the neighborhood.

J’ai passé 22 jours dans cet appartement c’était parfait. Vous avez le centre commercial à 2 min la piscine sur le toit une salle de sport. Parfait pour une personne je n’ai pas essayé à deux mais je pense que ça va très bien aussi ! Petit point important je vous conseille d’avoir un scooter ou une voiture car sinon vous devez marcher 30 minutes pour aller à la plage ! Merci à l’hôte qui à répondu à mes questions ! Je vous conseille cette endroit et cette ville.
