Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. We stayed for a week and loved it. Ilpo was able to provide a cot and high chair so our 1 year old could enjoy it too. Fantastic pool and restaurant in the village and less than a 10 minute drive to many restaurants and beaches! We also were able to walk our dog safely in the village. I am sure we will come back for another stay one day! Thank you Ilpo!

We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

The view in front of the property is great. It is walkable. There are many restaurants near the house. There are many cafes.

Good location and very good equipment

This is a middle sized stylish bungalow in a wooded area in front of a shadowy beach with teal water (people don't swim there). There is a narrow asphalt lane between the bungalows and the beach used mostly by walkers and irregular scooters (no troubles with noise or dust). It is around 15 minutes to walk to the central village and the main beach of Koh Samet. And this is around 5-7 minutes to walk to the Koh Samet main pier (Na Dan pier) where you can find a big 7/11 supermarket (24h/7d) as well. The staff was friendly. The bungalow was clean. And a cup of coffee for free in the morning. It was secluded peaceful living there. I liked it! Thanks!

Nice apartment with great views and lots of local amenities. Having the hotel next door is nice and we made use of the SPA. Easy to get to the local towns and plenty of food options nearby. Great stay. Thank you

We had a great time! The view is beautiful, rooms are clutter free, and it even included shampoo and dish soap which was kind. This was our second time here and we hope to be back!

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

Very nice place to stay, right on the beach for some nice beach walks. Nice pool and nice but small workout room. Good bread at the bakery below.

Mikael was very helpful. Everything worked out great. The locals were very nice, as there was a bad connection with Grab. The nice lady from the shop helped us with a taxi. Price and performance were also good. Not very touristy, but you have peace and quiet :) Thanks to Mikael and Malai Shop

her two bedroom condo is very nice and comfortable I had just about everything needed for our stay, I wish there was a microwave. besides that my wife and I had a very lovely day

Everything is clean, several sets of bed linen,towels,tableware, my daughter appreciated the play station))) and also special thanks for the constant communication and help in matters of "where is the store,market", "where to go'etc. Condo is in a quiet and peaceful place)))) our family fell in love with Thailand))) thank you again!!!!

Everything went great withAndrew and the apartment was as described. Andrew responded quickly to the message and even arranged a coffee maker for us that wasn't originally in the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy, and in a great location. All in all, there is nothing but good things to say about staying at Andrewn's apartment. We will surely use Andrewn's apartment again!

Very nice house with a great pool area and very clean water. It is very clean and tidy with superb amenities. Location is quiet and yet central about 10 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the nearest city we will be happy to come back

I don’t normally do reviews, but this place demands one. This is the most relaxing beach stay in Thailand. Host are great. Location is amazing. Beach is perfect. If you are looking for a quiet lazy beach holiday, this is the place.

This is a great family place especially if you love the beach. The host property manager was amazing. Very attentive! We would definitely recommend stocking up for larger items (we like to cook breakfastforourselves). The essentials are available 4 minutes away. The seafood is great and plenty of restaurants. If we go to rayong again this will be our first place to look for
