Quiet hours are requested from 22.00-06.00. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a private parking place in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage right next to the apartment for a fee. Downtown about 8 minutes on foot. Lidl and Peny stores approx. 5 minutes walk. Cyclists welcome. 4 bikes are available for free during your stay. Tips for nearby getaways. Check out my guidebook. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

If you want to do sports, it's just a stone's throw away. Ještěd downhill and bike trails are about 7 minutes' walk. We can communicate by email, phone and social media.

The accommodation is located in a small town near Bezděz Castle, Houska Castle, Kokořín Castle, Lake Mácha, Bělá swimming pool... and many other tourist attractions. A short distance from the accommodation is also a leisure area, which includes a mini zoo, an in-line track, a large playground, a lookout tower and a restaurant. In addition to the rich nature, the town of Mladá Boleslav is nearby, where the Škoda Auto Museum and the Aviation Museum are a great attraction.

The apartment is on the loft floor of a family house. The entire loft is accessible through a separate entrance. This is a complete apartment that can be used year-round. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other appliances are partially preserved, in part it is restored. Beds have new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

During this peaceful stay, you will relax perfectly. In peace and comfort, you can explore the surroundings, both near and far, on foot and by bike. For example, the beautiful town of Tisá and Tiské skály are very popular with all tourists. The nearby observation tower Sněžník. All this is just 15 minutes by car. Hřensko and Pravčická brána are 40 minutes away from me. Ústí nad Labem and Děčín are about 10 km away
