The river Ploučnice is 300 m behind the house. The Ralská magistrála bike trail, which takes you to Průrva in a few minutes, where the Ploučnice flows directly from the rock. Possibility of rafting for paddlers. The house is on a large plot and there is a classic rural tranquility overlooking the countryside and pasture with horses. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. A spiral staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. You have the apartment all to yourself, with your own entrance. We ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is non-smoking. Private parking space in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. Right behind the house, trails lead to rock formations, viewpoints and the castle Skalní hrad Sloup. The area is perfect for hiking, cycling, and exploring the Lusatian Mountains and Bohemian Switzerland.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.
