Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The place was very clean and Dge was extremely responsive. If you are doing a lot of day trips that require the train it is a great location.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Erwin and Liliane were extremely welcoming, kind I trusted the other reviews and I was right, they took care of us all week. We couldn't think of as well, an AirBnb welcome as it's hard to find today Amazing views of the mountains and sea, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again to them

Beautiful location. Amazing house with well appointed interiors. As depicted in the pictures. We loved it. Great for big families/Groups. Within driving distance for all the best places around.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Beautiful and clean. The spiral stairs will pose a problem if you have any knee or hip problems. Able to access the Laundry without a problem. Host gave us suggestions for activities.

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's. It's very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Charming house just minutes from Pietra Ligure… tranquility in the countryside very close to the sea. House equipped with all the comforts, excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for those who love the quiet of the hill and the ability to reach the beaches in a short time.

Very nice place to stay in Nisse. close to the seaside and bar and restaurant but also quite at night. very clean and host communication was the great. I would totally recommend it. In case I come back I will definitely check in again here.

Very pleasant stay at Sandrine's. Superb and very well-equipped apartment. Sandrine is a very welcoming and friendly host and very attentive. The rooftop terrace is very large and very well furnished and offers us a magnificent sea view. The pool is beautiful. We'll be back when we get the chance to come back to Nice. We highly recommend this listing.

Amazing location, walkable to transport and Nice town centre, felt like a home away from home with all of the creature comforts a couple or family may need, also our hosts were very helpful and communicative. On the last day we caught the sunrise from the balcony, what a marvelous view! All in all a five star experience, very highly recommended.

This has been the second time we have rented Calvin's apartment because it is very pleasant, functional and its location is perfect and easy to access. In short, we enjoyed and had a great stay once again.
