Nice and comfortable appt in the center of Terni. Lovely small balcony. Stefania is a great host, gives you lots of tips to see and to do. She does her very best to make your stay a success. Terni is a good location for daytrips such as Todi, Orvieto etc Recommended.

A very nice and quiet apartment with everything including a barbecue area and an extra shower outside! Only 600 meters on foot to the village of Piediluco. Very nice restaurants, beaches and definitely take the stairs that go up into the village. Winding stairs with very cute corners and a great view. And of course the Cascata delle Marmara.

Monia's place works very well for a long term stay. It's a very silent and peaceful area. The home is quite modern with nice style and has what you need for daily living including an ok desk for remote working. Note, that the wifi does not span the full house but easily fixed buying a cheap wifi repeater. Perfect with several outside sitting areas and the upper terrace. Daily shopping and a few restaurants is within 15-20 minutes walk. Only missing a good local bar for your afternoon Aperitivo - here you may need to drive down town. The location is perfect for trips to Roma (1 hour with train) and trips to Assisi, Spoleto, etc. Monia is a very good host. Flexible and quick responses when needed.
