House holiday rentals in Central Visayas

Our party of seven had a perfect stay at Casa Luisa. The house is more spacious than the photos depict. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking meals. The youngsters enjoyed the professionally maintained pool. We would happilly stay at Casa Luisa again.

It was as comfortable as my vacation home in Bohol He also booked me a van before I arrived at the port to move from Cebu to Bohol. There was also drinking water, cooking utensils, and seasonings, and he was very enthusiastic about the accommodation. I needed to print it urgently, but thankfully, I was thankful that you even did the print yourself. It was an eco-friendly accommodation, so I was able to say hello to the lizards every morning, and it was nice to have two air conditioners in the living room. It's a great place for a large family to tie up at an affordable price, so I highly recommend it. I couldn't get Grab on the day I came back, so I asked for a sanding taxi in a hurry, but they worked hard to find it. Thank you. I don't know when I'll go to Bohol again, but until then, be happy.

Staying in Nelson place is like home. Child-friendly , spacious kitchen, very comfortable living area and terraces. We love the wood floor and the small playground behind the pool. Everything was there that made it comfortable. Area is near airport and the road was not so busy. Definitely highly recommended !

Me and my whole family had a wonderful stay! The host was exemplary—kind, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our needs. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We felt very welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful place to rent. With the rolling brownouts affecting most other Airbnb‘s in the area, this place was well prepared, and we were never without electricity. The house manager was beyond helpful as a best practice. I would recommend getting the phone number of some tricycles since riding a motorcycle isn’t as much fun when it’s raining and you’re not going to find them sitting outside your door.

All the employees were polite, friendly, and flexible.The room was very clean and I was able to use the water without any problems. When I applied for towels, I was able to get them every time I applied, and they responded quickly when I wanted extra towels on the tour. They also replenished water for free every day, so we didn't have to worry about water. Anyway, it was thanks to this Airbi that we had a very satisfying trip. Thank you again for everything.

The House of the Rising Sun was perfect for our group of 10 (9 adults and 1 child). Chris was responsive from the time that I was inquiring about many things before the actual booking, to the time that we were already in Bohol. He made practical suggestions that enabled us to maximize our time in Bohol. The van service provided by the Airbnb was a dealbreaker for us, because this made the airport transfers, the tours and the transportation to and from the beach and the restaurants so much easier (and cheaper!). The house itself was spacious and clean, and it came with all the creature comforts that one would expect from a good airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and again this was a major plus for Paul and Chris' place since we did not want to be at the beach all day long. Thank you, Chris, for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect place to chill and bond with family and friends.

My whole family loved our stay. We loved that there was a bar/restaurant and lovely staff to help us with whatever we needed. Pool was great for my daughter. It was a home away from home.

The house was open from the sea and had a beautiful view from the room. A place with a special atmosphere, very comfortable and spacious. Quiet neighborhood, scooter ride to the center. Very warm service, especially one of the ladies who welcomed us, was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite the small wifi glitch, a portable router with an internet card was brought just for us, which shows a lot of commitment to the service. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. All this makes us want to go back.

As always and will forever be, an absolute sanctuary for our weary bodies and spirit after full day of meetings, appointments and farm visits. It always rejuvenate and recharge us for another day of similar activities be it in Bacolod/Negros or at another Island of Panay. The Sylvo-therapy (forest healing/therapy) and the grounding/earthing one can get by being at the yard is already worth the price of the stay. The prompt and almost butler like services the staff are extending made our stay awesome. Looking forward to stay and recharge at Amare again soon.

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

All our requests were met friendly and we had support with almost whatever we wanted. Place require scooter to go anywhere or tuk tuk. Scooter is better Great breakfast (smoothies, their town hill breakfast), eggs breakfast was so-so. They helped with setup cinema a few times and ordered dinner from local restaurant (very good) and served it on their plates. Looked fantastic and was delicious actually I would probably come again

The place was very clean and peaceful—exactly what I was looking for. I had a relaxing stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway

No words can say like our home already

Such a wonderful, huge space for groups. I really think we got more from what we've paid for, with all the amenities available. Everything you need to cook and prepare your food is literally here. Kitchen area is huge with all the necessary cooking utensils + huge refrigerator. You'll also enjoy spending time downstairs because the living room also has an airconditioner. It has a big sparking space for 3 cars and grilling area at the back. Water pressure is okay but the shower head upstairs could use some cleaning. They're also pet-friendly, my furbabies loved spending the time watching the cars passed by at the terrace. Ate Dory is very warm and responsive to our needs too. We will surely be back here when we come back to the South! Recommended place for groups, couldn't ask for more :)

Great place for a group travel, we felt ‘at home’. Rhea is also very great host, responsive and helpful.

I stayed at Mentor Moore’s home for a month and had an excellent experience with no issues at all. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—highly recommended for both short and long stays.

The ambiance is good. The house is spacious and clean with a lots of bed! Will definitely recommend this place. :)

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and the surrounding area was amazing. Everything was at our fingertips and there were many places to visit and destinations to explore. The area was so peaceful and the people were so friendly. Maria and Chris were delightful to visit with and more than accommodating. I highly recommend visiting them at their establishment and doing yourself that privilege. Thank you 🙏 so much for the excellent food and hospitality!

Theres really not much communication needed with Grace as the place looked just as advertised… and more! She gave clear instructions from getting there to check in, assistance and check out. The place was perfect. It was simple yet it provided all the basic necessities you would need to feel comfortable be it short or long stay. It is the perfect getaway place for someone looking for peace and privacy. I had a great stay at this property. It felt very secure from the moment I arrived, with an enclosed area before reaching the house. There was one outdoor camera overlooking the pool, which added a nice sense of security without being intrusive. The house itself was clean, modern, and clearly built with care. The bed was super comfortable, and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked. The location was quiet, private, and tucked away in a peaceful local neighborhood. On the way in, you pass by kids riding bikes and friendly neighbors, which added to the charm. Andy was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. The local staff member on-site was kind and made everything run smoothly. Other guests in nearby villas were friendly and respectful, adding to the overall good energy of the place. The only minor drawback is the unpaved road leading to the villa, which can be a little tricky. Still, everything else more than made up for it. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The place feels so homey and comfortable — it was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. You can really tell that thought and care were put into every detail. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, which made our experience even better. I completely agree with all of the positive reviews. This seaside cottage is a great place to stay, very comfortable, and convenient to town and the port. I enjoyed the pool and even got to watch a few movies on Netflix. The hosts are fantastic people. They picked me up and took me to the port, which was only a few minutes ride but this is a kind gesture which makes guests feel so welcome. They were kind, responsive, and gave me very prompt and helpful travel suggestions. My highest possible rating!
