Beautiful comfortable inviting home. Cozy, comfortable & decorated so lovely. Hanging out on the front porch was our favorite. The view is beautiful. Highly recommend

I believe that any hospitality host should visit this place and take a lesson or two. This is the best presentation of a home that I have ever been to. Everything is neatly laid out for easy access. Something as mundane as a roll of toilet tissue isn't just placed on the roll in the bathroom. There's an art as to how it was presented. Same for kitchen cutlery and pots and pans. Beautiful presentation. The house is immaculate. The backyard is an Oasis onto itself. Finally, we enjoyed playing billiards each night. We were so taken in that we extended our stay the same day we checked in.

I made a point to check in during daylight hours because the listing is a bit outside town, next to a large ranch. My GPS led directly to the correct driveway, but visiting earlier allowed me to return confidently down a dark road and right into my space at the end of the day. The reservation started with meeting the host in person to receive keys and remote openers, tour the space, and appreciate the view. Micca went above and beyond to make me feel at home, which extended to contacting me in advance of incoming severe weather and assisting me to move my vehicle into a protected space. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was generously stocked with snacks and drinks, and the bathroom toiletries were teen girl approved. My teenager commented, "I wish we were staying here more than one night, it's so nice." Lovely, lovely listing, I would 100% stay again.

One of our best airbnb stays! Ally was super responsive and helpful. The house is spacious, everything felt new and very well stocked. We were very comfortable and happy at her airbnb. Would happily stay here again in the future!

Delyn was managing our stay and she was a fantastic host! She brought my kiddos cookies from Crumbl for no reason. Just a surprise drop off then a text letting us know it was there. I asked for hangers, she went to Walmart and bought them, again dropping them off then texting letting us know they were there. The house was clean, organized and was easy to make it a home away from home.

My fiancé and I booked this place for our elopement. Karen was very kind and left personalized notes to congratulate us on our marriage. The surroundings were the most peaceful and quiet. My new wife and I could not have chosen a better place to start our marriage. We even had a deer walk up to us while we enjoyed our morning coffee to check us out! I cannot recommend this place and the host highly enough. This will be worth every penny you pay for it. My only regret is that the rain prevented us from lighting a fire and enjoying what I imagine are beautiful nights in one of my favorite parts of Texas.

Beautiful place! You cannot beat that view and having access to the beach was amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Leesa was very responsive and friendly. The kitchen was well-appointed, making it easy to cook.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

Debbie was a wonderful host, she was always quick to respond and allowed us an early check in. The home was beautiful and right on the water. Would love to stay here again in the future.
