Adorable spot in a quiet neighborhood and great location. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. Overall the stay was pleasant and the house was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. We especially loved the shower in the bathroom – it was such a nice touch. The kitchen and entire apartment were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, showing just how thoughtful the hosts were with all the details. Communication with the hosts was fantastic – they were friendly, welcoming, and responsive both before and during our stay (we never met in person). Even though the apartment is located in their backyard, we had plenty of privacy. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

I reserved Jessa's place for my parents. They had a great time! The place is located in a convenient but quiet location. There's a bus station close by that allowed them to get where they need to be. The room itself looks even better than the photos. It's clean and well lit. Jessa is fast at responding to messages. Would recommend 10/10!

We loved this gorgeous space to call home for a few days while visiting family in Seguin. We enjoyed peaceful early morning walks in the quiet neighborhood where we admired the trees and various birds that nest along the river. It was quiet and clean. Vicki was a great host and very responsive. A unique home up on stilts so not the best if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it's a great spot

We booked this for friends as we had several couples coming for a reunion. Mamau’s house was larger than we expected and in our neighborhood. The location is peaceful and beautiful. The house was clean and spacious. A great find!

We travel to Blanco once a month and we always stay here because it is perfect! The space is in a lovely neighborhood, very peaceful! Everything we could possibly need is here. The bed is super comfortable. You are within walking distance of the town square. There is a brewery, a great selection of restaurants, and lots of fun shops! A short drive away is the Bistro on the Blanco which has the BEST Eggs Benedict on this planet!! Serenity and Justin are great people and super wonderful hosts. If you stay here, be sure to ask Serenity about the Sweet Caroline ReaperJelly that she makes and sells. OMG, sooooo good! A cracker, a slice of Havarti and some jelly, and you have a party in your hand! We brought 3 jars home from our last visit. We can't get enough of it! We highly recommend Serenity's and Justin's place!

We loved Jonah and Kayla’s place! The location is a lovely residential neighborhood just two blocks from the highway. The back guest house was lovely with lots of space, a super comfy bed and a fantastic shower. Plus, Jonah was always quick to reply. Thank you for a great stay! We definitely recommend!

We came to town for an Xterra race and this was the perfect place to stay the day before my race. Spicewood is filled with majestic views, cool restaurants, and lots of outdoor activities. The Treehouse is a cozy place for a weekend getaway and it comes stocked with batteries, chargers, water, condiments and a wonderful coffee assortment. If we are ever back this way we will definitely stay here again.

The pictures and description don’t do justice to how spacious and open this private retreat is. There’s plenty of light from the outside, wonderful views, and several options inside to set the mood for whatever you like. Vickie was super responsive to every question we had before and during our stay, even while she herself was away on a trip. We are already looking forward to the next trip to Fredericksburg and enjoying this lovely location in Vickie’s hospitality.

We walked in and felt at home! Very comfortable, clean and homey. Everything we needed was provided and easily found. The combo of the ac and overhead fans kept us comfortable. Everything was as described. Quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t ask for more.

We were very pleased with this unit. It was easy to find in a nice neighborhood. We both enjoyed walking in the area. The unit was clean and well supplied…including laundry unit. There is a nice, private outside patio we enjoyed at various times. The bathroom is very small so l used a counter outside the bathroom to lay out toiletries and makeup. If you have a 3rd person, note that the “bed” for 3rd person is a fully reclining chair in the bedroom. It would work for child but not necessarily another adult. We would definitely like to come back and stay here again. 👍👍

Perfect spot for my husband and I while visiting family nearby. Austin was quick to answer my questions and the guesthouse was peaceful. The projection TV was fun to use!

This place is stunning, the land is gorgeous and the activities available to do are so fun! We loved feeding the owners animals, especially the kids! They were very communicative to our needs, and responsive. I would recommend this place to any and all family. The board games the owners have for the guests is unreal, and we loved playing them all weekend! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

It was a pleasure to stay here. Mark was really cool, and the place was a joy to wake up to. If you enjoy great mornings in Texas, the patio is fantastic.

My husband and I enjoyed Ellen’s carriage house. It was peaceful and their property is beautiful. It was a wonderful get-away during a hard working weekend. Ellen and Greg were wonderful hosts, friendly and very responsive. We look forward to staying there again when a multiple day trip to Waco is needed.

Host had great communication, was flexible about check in and was very responsive. The casita was well-appointed and had many thoughtful details. The only drawback was the step up to the toilet, which is not the best for seniors or people with mobility issues. Also, it was dark with all the windows covered up. Overall, a great little space which we would recommend.

We were in town for a swimming event, and Arturo's place was perfect - comfortable, peaceful and close to the pool! Host was very responsive as well - would highly recommend!
