House was beautiful! Only “complaint” is for those sensitive to the light: there are no black out curtains provided. It’s worse in the front room because the flood/spot light by the garage is motion activated and turns on every five seconds, shining right into the room. Other than that: everything was amazing

This is the BEST Airbnb we have stayed in with our dogs. The place has several open grassy areas where they were able to really run and play at full speed. The house is perfect as well - I have never seen a host more thoughtful about every little detail, even leaving the cutest toys and treats for our fur babies. The house was so comfortable, clean, and thoughtful and Amanda was such a sweet host. The sunrises are stunning and the stars are beautiful. A perfect place to get away and just slow down. We hope to be able to visit again for longer.

This was a beautiful space and so peaceful! We felt right at home and were able to stay on separate floors with private spaces for my daughter and her baby. The kitchen was fully stocked if you needed anything at all. The bed was comfortable and the water extremelyhot in the shower, which was a beautiful design. The antiques throughout the house made it feel even more comfortable and to me. But my favorite part had to be the view which included live and up close views of a small grazing herd of deer each evening right outside our steps. Would absolutely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Jenelle's place! We brought our dogs and they loved the huge yard and direct access to the lake! We also enjoyed the relaxed environment of being out back. We made s'mores in the firepit and made use of the kayaks they offered! The outdoor space really ticks all the boxes! The inside looks just like the pictures. Beautiful kitchen on the second floor with a good, smaller kitchen on the first floor. Above all, Jenelle was really accommodating to us and made sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. She also sends a very helpful guidebook ahead of time to help plan your stay, which as someone who loves to plan and stay organized I really appreciated! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Austin!

This was our sixth stay at one of Cheryl’s river houses, and it was just as wonderful as always! Peaceful mornings on the back porch, watching the wildlife, were the perfect escape. My girls had a blast fishing, and I was able to hop on a Zoom meeting with no Wi-Fi issues at all. We never miss a stop at Jo Momma’s—great burgers and under 10 minutes away. Dinner at TJ’s @ The Old Forge in Bandera was delicious (the white gravy is a must!), and Out of the Way Café remains a favorite. Their breakfasts are amazing, and I’m hooked on the chicken tenders and sandwich. Can’t wait for visit #7!

The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the land and how cute the Susie is. The house is pristine and has everything you need for a peaceful time away from everything. Dripping Springs is 15 minutes away with many things to keep you occupied.

This place is one of the prettiest places I have ever been too! So peaceful and quiet. You feel like you have this whole place to yourself. The sunsets were stunning! I can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. James was a responsive and helpful host. We experienced a minor kitchen drain issue, but with it being a holiday weekend, he stayed in touch and we found an easy workaround—it didn’t impact our plans at all. We spent a relaxing weekend lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful space. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!

This is a 6 acre farm located in an equestrian community, there are 3 horses, 2 ponies, goats, sheep, ducks, chicken, parrots and plenty of other birds. The hosts will take you around the animals and explain how the whole farm came about as a second chance for the animals. There is a pool on the property for you to enjoy and we also took a ride on the Polaris. My son enjoyed spending time with Wyatt (9yrs old) who took him fishing on a nearby dock and took him around the pool, trampoline and played with water guns. Both Bastrop and Austin are 25mn away so the location is flexible to enjoy both towns while being on a farm.

This was my second time staying at this amazing place, and it won’t be the last! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Hill Country, close to all the best shopping and fun spots like Wimberley. After a fun day out, coming back to this clean, fresh, and super cozy home was just what I needed. The host was also kind enough to offer a late checkout, which was such a nice bonus. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough—already looking forward to my next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Carolyn and her husband greeted us upon arrival and were very kind and welcoming. The house is gorgeous, very clean and comfortable. The highlight was undoubtedly the pool, which offered a breathtaking view and a serene atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return in the future. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience.

This is an incredible place. Because we arrived late (after dark), we had some difficulty finding the exact location but Larry, the park host, was incredibly helpful and went all out to help us find the place and get settled in. The location is fantastic and a perfect place to chill and do nothing. There are activities (trails, biking, etc.) if you are interested. The park host was fantastic. I give this place my highest recommendation!

We absolutely LOVED this place!! My fiance and I needed a place to stay for the night with our dachshund and this was the best place we could have picked! We rented the kayaks and it was so much fun🙌🏼 props to the owners of this place, because the decoration was amazing!! I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for everything!!

This was my first Airbnb stay and it did not disappoint! This place was immaculate and perfect for what we needed. The hostess was very friendly and always available. I loved the off the beaten path of the cottage yet it was close enough to town if you needed something. It was peaceful and quiet and full of nature. My only regret is that I didn't book to stay longer but we were only passing through on our way to Corpus Christi. I would absolutely stay here again only next time I will book for longer. I will say it definitely spoiled me for our next stop, which was just okay. Five stars all-round for Greenwood Acres cottage! ☆☆☆☆☆ ❤️

This is a modern treehouse at the top of the hill, breezy and mesmerizing - million dollar view. If you want solitude, with all the necessities- this is the place. Ideal for reading, napping, cooking, listening to music, a little outdoor walking and lots of small town car rides to check out local scenery. No TV so you have to entertain yourself! Mary the host was sweet and accommodating. The place had so many extras, and the bottle of wine to welcome us was such a treat and a surprise. Highly recommend- and our corgi liked it too(especially the rabbit fellow).

The Airbnb was beautiful and the location was so relaxing. It’s close to downtown Bastrop which has cute cafes and boutiques.

The Hobbit’s Nest was exactly what I needed and was looking for. This was my first Air BnB experience and it was easy & hassle free. The price paid was very reasonable. EXQUISITE details. My dog loved the ramp up! The host had everything we needed! The AC worked great!! There’s a small fridge. Grill was used for every meal and all utensils and plates were available. Propane was full. I could not find the fire starter but there was dry wood. We ended up not being able to do s’mores because of the rain. Beware: we got in after a heavy rain and it rained again the second night. Because of this, the rain water was dripping down the walls of the treehouse and through the ceiling. Limited space after setting up the two cots for my sons and was difficult to find a spot that water wasn’t dripping down on them while they slept. Had to use towels and buckets. Grass was really high so couldn’t see trail well. Oh- smell of sewage was strong while grilling so was a bit unappealing but we made due.
