House holiday rentals in Central Texas

I believe that any hospitality host should visit this place and take a lesson or two. This is the best presentation of a home that I have ever been to. Everything is neatly laid out for easy access. Something as mundane as a roll of toilet tissue isn't just placed on the roll in the bathroom. There's an art as to how it was presented. Same for kitchen cutlery and pots and pans. Beautiful presentation. The house is immaculate. The backyard is an Oasis onto itself. Finally, we enjoyed playing billiards each night. We were so taken in that we extended our stay the same day we checked in.

Great stay for BMT, about 10 minutes from base. Great communication and instructions. Good amenities and convenient location.

Beautiful house, peaceful and private area. If we didn't have the kids we would have probably stayed the whole vacation at the house. The owners greeted us the day of, answered promptly throughout the vacation if we had any questions and welcomed us back when we left. We will be coming back and we recomend this house to anyone.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this location. If we are in Austin again we will definitely book again. The home was stocked with everything you would need and very clean. The kids enjoyed the backyard including the adults.

We had such a wonderful stay and will be back! It’s an awesome house with so many amenities to make it an extra special home away from home. The pool, hot tub, beautiful back patio, dart board and pool table were all well utilized during our stay. Anthony was responsive and helpful, and I loved the laminated book with information about the house as an extra special touch. Others have noted the challenge of having to contact the host to turn on the hot tub, which isn’t ideal, but I found that Anthony typically responded in 30 minutes or less. We loved our experience and the memories we made!

Lovely place, the backyard is the best part! Our only complaint would be that some of the furniture felt a little old! Otherwise, everything was great!! Super clean bathrooms and kitchen. Great TV, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need to cook! Blake was super responsive and helpful! The check-in process was very easy, and so was the check-out! Would definitely go back!

We had a great time at Carole's place and really loved the area: close to South Congress, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park, and not far from downtown and East 6th. The house is across from a small park and creek, which our daughter loved exploring, and the neighborhood is full of beautiful houses, both old and new. The house has most everything you need and was comfortable, with good beds and AC to keep you cool when needed. It was great to have the outdoor spaces to hang out when the temps were moderate. We were looking for activities for our 8 year old, and Carole was amazingly helpful with suggestions.

A little older place but very clean and it had everything for 6 adults of different ages. The air conditioning felt great after a day in the heat. Many local restaurants to enjoy and an easy walk to. Easy uber downtown and most cost were less than $20. Larry was there with advice and fast to reach. I would stay there again next visit to Austin.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Austin. Taylor was very responsive to messages. We were able to walk to Rainey Street, the river walk trail, and many nearby restaurants.

This was the cutest, most convenient and well located Airbnb. It was exactly the neat, relaxing space needed to prep for a big presentation (+ exploring the fun South Congress area). Bill's helpfulness and responsiveness to questions was the best I've seen! Would 100% recommend.

We stayed here as two couples over Easter weekend. The location was perfect - it feels quiet while also being so close to all the amazing spots on South Congress. Thanks so much - hopefully we will be back!

The house was very clean, well equippped and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the lower deck and the view was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Rachel's property.

Beautiful home enough space for a family downtown is not far away and places to eat peaceful neighborhood ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️all the way plus the host is super respectful and active on anything you need

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. There was plenty of space for our group of two couples and one child. The amenities listed matched the description and everything was very comfortable. The location and nearness to the Pearl and river walk couldn’t be beat. There are many options for food and entertainment within walking distance or a short drive. There is a personal code to gain access to the driveway and to the house. Having a dedicated parking space is very helpful for the busy area. The home had a variety of kids books, some toys, dishes, and family games for those traveling with kids. We did need bug spray for mosquitoes outside, but this is pretty typical in the area. We would definitely stay again when we have extra family visiting.

Ben was super nice and very responsive. Kitchenette was a little smaller than we were expecting but still accommodating. Would stay here again.

Casa Del Lago did not disappoint. With a hectic job and long hours, my goal was complete R & R. The house was the perfect size. The pictures were spot on. The view was gorgeous. The patio was shaded and breezy, providing the perfect spot to relax, read, and listen to the birds. The lake was close by and accessible. Everything I needed was on hand and I felt right at home. Shopping was only a few miles away. Christy was a great host! I highly recommend and plan to return.

Fantastic home. We loved the amenities and really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home (makeup towels, a proper coffee pot, and a stocked kitchen that wasn’t a hodgepodge of cheap cups, glasses, and kitchenware). The decor was funky and fun and the hot tub was a peaceful perk.

We had planned a girl's weekend to tour the Painted Churches of Texas and Bonnie's place was a beautiful place to spend the night. The accommodations were comfortable, easy to find and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The historic home is lovely. Thank you, Bonnie, for sharing this home with us all.

This house is better than the pictures. Everything was spotless. The beds and the linens were very comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Easy walk into town. We will definitely be back!
