It boasts some of the most magnificent and expensive properties in the country and lush scenery for the high-profile locals. Public transit is difficult, but available. Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Step into a bright and boldly decorated pad, where every inch feels like an art installation dedicated to 1960s pop art. There's a large shaded balcony with a trio of sky lights that's perfect for watching sunsets or simply admiring the view of the park. The neighborhood is safe, cute and everything is just down the street. New restaurants are popping up constantly, so great cuisine is everywhere! The space is incredibly clean.
