The interior is Modern, uncluttered. There is some white noise from Hwy. 5 (our "babbling brook") in the studios private yard, none in the studio. Great for 2, 3 is cozy, 4 tight.

At 450 sq. feet, Faffy’s Place is a large private single guest house on a quiet Los Feliz/Silverlake hillside. Faffy’s Place is completely private with its own entrance, garden and patio. It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

It is private, light, bright, and airy with a comfy bed and beautiful kitchen and bath. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Due to the fact that my house is on a hillside, this space isn’t safe or available for children under age 12.
