Devi is an incredible host. Friendly, responsive and very helpful. The location is in a residential area but easily walkable to convenience stores, restaurants and 3 malls. The airbnb is in a homestay so you'll be sharing a building with other tenants but everyone keeps to themselves. If you're lucky you can meet some friendly neighbors and and become friends. The unit itself is perfect for 1 person but suitable for 2 since there is an extra bed you can utilize. There is a shared kitchen and laundry area so those needs can be taken care of. If you're looking to be close to central Jakarta and all of the sites it may be considered a bit far since it's not along an MRT line and the nearest bus station is still 12-15 minute walk. Grab drivers have no issue finding this place so that's a plus. I would stay here again in the future! Thanks, Devi!

I made an extended stop in Jakarta on the way to Balí based on a friend’s recommendation to stay with Sita and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice! Sita was very accommodating of my needs and my schedule and was incredibly helpful in navigating the city and suggesting activities for us to do. She even gave us a lift to the train to start our adventures. She manicured her tips based on my interests and it felt like a very unique experience. The AirBNB itself is so cute and comfortable, I truly wish we were able to stay longer. Cannot recommend Nilaya enough to anyone visiting Jakarta! You must meet Sita, she is seriously the best!! This place is beyond my expectation, very easy to find, surounded by coffeeshops, Korean supermarket called "New Seoul", Lawson Minimarket, ATM, and others. Mbak Galuh was responsive and very humble too. The Kamar provides air conditioner, but somehow the place is quite comfortable without turned on the AC. It's the best choice if you're looking for cozy place with affordable price in south Jakarta.
