Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Central Jakarta City

From the very beginning my communication with Natalia was very friendly, responsive and very helpful with some of my questions. The first day I arrived at the unit, it was very satisfying, the apartment unit was spacious (according to the picture) clean, neatly arranged and the kitchen equipment was quite complete and this was very helpful. I stayed this wonderful loft for 4 night as a base for my local business in South Jakarta. Charles kindly picked me up at the airport. Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

Everything went well, Nando was very friendly and helped either everything! His apartment was nice and clean, the view from balcony was also nice(even I am afraid of heights). I can only recommend the host anf his apartment! all the best, regards Lukas :)

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

It truly is 'an affordable apartment at the heart of Jakarta' and more. It's very easy to find and relatively close to the city's attractions and the malls. The place is clean and comfortable enough even for a group of 5 like us. Mira is right the view of the surrounding area at night is really beautiful. And, most importantly we felt at home thanks to our friendly host and her kind brother.
