Edith‘s little apparent is great. I stayed in Jakarta for work. Thamrin Residence has great facilities, pool, fitness, and laundry. Just 5 min walk from Grand Indonesia. Edith has been a fantastic host. I will definitely return!

Just be aware that you need the door card not only for access to your room but also for entering floors and such. I settled in and had a peaceful sleep on a soft bed. Mrs. Metty the caretaker of the place was always attentive, helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns I had.

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)

Check in and check out process was nothing but smooth. Host is very responsive. Very strategic location, their unit is super clean. They provide complete amenities and everything you need such as microwave, water dispenser, fridge, and even hairdryer. Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

New Zealand standard of apartment and you know what I am talking about the 3 S is we all need . Sleep ( comfort bed ) Shower ( hot and high pressure) Shit ( toilet seat ) No question about the comfort over all Swimming pool, play area and the gym! (We all know someone who doesn’t like germ from the outside ) If there such things ten stars then I will give this place ten stars Thanks Jim

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

The house looks exactly like the one in the picture, check in was easy, host was very proactive and quick in responding. The place inside looks modern and minimalist, felt cozy at home. The house is inside a complex and there are lots to do/go/eateries such as orange grooves mall, supermarket, McDonald, subway, and minimart. It's quite a walking distance but very close if driving lol. The complex also has a gum, pool, and basketball court. Our entire family enjoyed our short stay. Thanks.

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

This was our first time booking an Airbnb in Indonesia after always staying in hotels during our yearly visits and we’re so glad we chose Ilham’s place! Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
