Great flat, at a very good reaidential location with a local neighbourhood vibe. Underground and basic local amenities are all within very close proximity. Danae was great, helpful and flexible. Would definitely recommend.

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay! Great location. Soooo many great restaurants within a few blocks! Easy to walk to metro and easy walk to Athens main tourist attractions. Comfortably fit our family of 6. Only small issue is the dining table only fits 3 people so you have to sit in shifts. Or just go out to all the yummy restaurants! Plenty of grocery stores as well. Apartment felt like home. Gave us a feel of what it would feel like to live in Athens.

Our stay at Eleni’s beautiful Greek house was nothing short of magical. One of the highlights was her generosity in supplying fresh vegetables, eggs & olive oil all from her property. We were treated to several delicious authentic local dishes which reflected the region’s rich culinary traditions, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The house itself was a stunning example of authentic Greek architecture, with charming details that gave it a unique character. The view was breathtaking—panoramic scenes of the sparkling sea and distant islands. Whether enjoying a meal on the terrace or relaxing with a glass of wine, the landscape made every moment special. This stay was more than just a vacation; it felt like an immersion into Greek culture, thanks to the host’s warmth and hospitality. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, Der Sonnenaufgang war ein Traum. Man konnte wunderbar in aller Ruhe draußen sitzen. Kleiner Makel auf hohem Niveau, das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Ansonsten alles top.

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό, αρκετά άνετο, περιποιημένο με ωραία διακόσμηση. Είναι μέσα στη φύση με απόλυτη ησυχία και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο . Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και ηρεμία. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και συνεννοήσιμοι. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Къщата беше много добре обзаведена и просторна, оборудвана със всичко необходимо. Намира се на много тихо и спокойно място сред природата, но в същото време много близо до таверни, супермаркети и автобусна спирка. На 10мин пеша от прекрасен плаж залив Troulos. Мария е изключително любезен домакин, комуникацията беше перфектна и през цялото време се грижеше добре за престоя ни. Благодарим и бихме се върнали отново! Препоръчваме за пълноценен престой на острова, в близост е и до най-живописните плажове! Подходяща и за семейства с домашни любимци, тъй като има голям двор с красива и поддържана градина и няколко веранди. Благодарим, Мария!

Wir wurden mit dem Auto vom Bus abgeholt, was aufgrund des Gepäcks sehr hilfreich war, vielen Dank! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, die Terrasse ist mit den zwei Obstbäumen sehr bezaubernd und es kommen einige Katzen zu Besuch. :) Christos‘ Eltern wohnen ein Stockwerk höher im Haus und sind sehr nett. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, eher außerhalb, aber nur wenige Minuten von allem entfernt.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our hostess was warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful—she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was quick and clear throughout. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Perfect base for exploring Athens, close to metro, Acropolis only a few stops, great local restaurants and recommendations. Apartment had a beautiful balcony and overall a nice escape from the busy city. Thank you, would happily stay again!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la zona era tranquilla, anche passeggiare la sera era molto bello. L’appartamento è pulito e tranquillo ed i vicini silenziosi, se dovessi tornare ad Atene ci tornerei! C’è un po’ di strada verso la metro peró è facilmente percorribile dato che piena di negozi e pianeggiante. Consiglio!

Antigoni is a great host! She showed great flexibility, responded immediately to every single query and did her utmost best to cater to every request! She is also very understanding and empathetic. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend Antigoni and her accommodation to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Nea Smyrni!

Der Eingang der Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstrassse, aber das Appartement hat helle Zimmer auf der Rückseite und besitzt einen großen Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer. Das Stadtviertel hat ein lebhaftes Flair mit seinen Restaurants und Bars. Die Konditorei Artistan ist super. Den Gastgeber kann man sehr empfehlen.

Το σπίτι είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία , με εύκολη μετακίνηση προς το κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια και σχέδια εύκολη εύρεση θέσης πάρκινγκ αλλά με δημοτική χρέωση (€2 / ώρα). Το σπίτι ήταν σχετικά καθαρό και εξυπηρετή με τις ανέσεις του δύο άτομα αυστηρά . Η επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εύκολη και υπήρχε και η διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης από μέρους τους. Θα το συνιστούσα για διαμονή.
