Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An organic vegetable garden is also a plus.

The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Designed according to the standards of traditional Greek architecture, the StoneHouse is set in a fully private hill among olive and fruit trees as well as colorful flowers. An ideal place to drink a glass of wine as dusk and sunset colors fill the sky, with a breathtaking view of the iconic beach of Agios Dimitrios, the most beautiful beach of the island of Alonnisos. Swim in the "Natura" protected beach, take a hike in a picturesque scenery or just enjoy your privacy and relax..

House by the sea, live in nature.

It is 30 meters from the sea, completely isolated and operates with an autonomous photovoltaic system of limited power consumption. It is forbidden to use a device over 1000 watts, electric iron, etc. The beach in front of the house is often cleaned by local bodies but there is the possibility that with a strong wind it will bring out some garbage. Also the last three hundred meters of road need a lot of attention, it is a steep downhill and sometimes a little damaged after rain

The property is located 1h30 from Athens airport, on the island of Evia. Built in the 80s, the house blends into this forest landscape that is both mountainous and marine, where the colors change every day. Today it is a holiday resort where we come to seek calm and rest, swim, visit the country and enjoy the beautiful and warm neighboring taverns where we are always welcomed with a big smile and open arms.
