Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay! Great location. Soooo many great restaurants within a few blocks! Easy to walk to metro and easy walk to Athens main tourist attractions. Comfortably fit our family of 6. Only small issue is the dining table only fits 3 people so you have to sit in shifts. Or just go out to all the yummy restaurants! Plenty of grocery stores as well. Apartment felt like home. Gave us a feel of what it would feel like to live in Athens.

The view was breathtaking—panoramic scenes of the sparkling sea and distant islands. Whether enjoying a meal on the terrace or relaxing with a glass of wine, the landscape made every moment special. This stay was more than just a vacation; it felt like an immersion into Greek culture, thanks to the host’s warmth and hospitality. It was a wonderful stay, The sunrise was a dream to be in. You could enjoy sitting outside in peace. Small flaw to a high standard, the bedroom has no window. Otherwise everything is great.

The house was great, quite comfortable, well cared for with nice decor. It's surrounded by nature with absolute quiet and it's fully equipped . Perfect for relaxation and tranquility. Hosts are very kind and understanding. I highly recommend it.

This is our second stay at this accommodation and we will try to book it again for next year as soon as we know the dates. There was a problem with the electrical supply (from outside of the property itself). We contacted the host and the problem was solved in remarkably quick time (involving several workers, a cherry picker, all replacing overhead cables). The hosts father kept us informed and made sure we were Okay. Such nice, friendly, helpful people who go over and above what is reasonably expected! Thank you!

Perfect base for exploring Athens, close to metro, Acropolis only a few stops, great local restaurants and recommendations. Apartment had a beautiful balcony and overall a nice escape from the busy city. Thank you, would happily stay again!
