It was our first vacation in 3 with a 6-month-old daughter and we had a great time, a clean and cozy house with everything for the little one; very quiet and quiet area, Claudia is always available, I recommend it.

the beach and the centre are very quickly accessible on foot. Great apartment, very nice and dedicated hostess .... would definitely come back!

This place is highly recommended! Everything is the same as in the photos. The apartment is super spacious, imaginative and equipped with attention to detail, everything you need is available. We particularly liked the terrace overlooking the sea. Alessandro is a super friendly host.

perfect location in the old center, with a square behind it with nice cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes walk but the station, a little further walk to the airport. In the old centre, so also close to the famous old buildings. for us an ideal base for both Pisa and a day trip by train to Florence or the bus to Lucca. And a very attentive owner!

Laura's place was spacious and had what we needed. Nice kitchen area with good appliances. We were able to cook our meals 👍🏼 Laura was helpful and picked us up, when we couldn't find our bus stop to get to the Condo🙏

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment very much. Very nicely furnished, clean and everything we needed was available (detergent, enough blankets, well-equipped kitchen). The AC worked great. Amazing location, right on the beach. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance, as well as a large shopping centre and many restaurants. We will be happy to come back. 😃

Apartment as pictured, clean and tidy, with all the amenities included in the description. Quiet place, away from the chaos of the cities, we used it as a base to visit Volterra, Montepulciano, Siena, Pisa and Florence. Very nice hosts and co-hosts, helpful and quick to respond. Sandra was the perfect hostess, what a lovely person and a lovely place, it felt like home, very quirky which I loved. Will definitely go again if I'm in Prato. Only criticism which was a very minor one was finding the place, but Sandra came and met us which was nice of her. Extremely happy with our stay, highly recommend

We stayed two nights in this fantastic cottage. It perfectly matches the description, the garden is a place of peace. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the centre of Volterra. Francesca was a super host providing us with all the check-in instructions in a very clear way. In the accommodation we found everything we needed and even some sweets for breakfast. Absolutely recommended

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

Felt right at home! This lovely apartment is very central and has all the amenities you could need for both a short or long stay. A very charming apartment with responsive hosts. Definitely recommend.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Really cute home. Close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Restaurants and bakeries close by. Loved it.

A super nice place to stay. The way there is a bit adventurous and not recommended for low-riding vehicles, but otherwise quite doable if you drive slowly. But it is also totally quiet there. The cottage is nicely furnished. Everything important was available and Alessandro even greeted us with a bottle of wine. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The squeaky gas boiler and the fact that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit are a bit annoying. Maybe it can still be repaired. But that's already whining at a high level. All in all, a great accommodation with a very nice and accommodating host.

Ideal small summer house with a fantastic pool that invites you to swim. We had the whole property to ourselves. Pure relaxation. For our dog, there was enough to discover and right next door a hiking trail to the top of the mountain. From here, you can experience Tuscany in all its colours, and if you would like to swim in the sea, the path is not far. As well as many other highlights. Our hosts were always available and concerned about our well-being, thank you for that. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very easily. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment is really large and we lacked nothing. We can well imagine coming back. :)

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few metres over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful standing bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

Susies AirBnb was a lovely place to stay at, I loved the wooden furniture in the apartment, the kitchen is just big enough, has everything that you need and in general the apartment is tidy and spotless. The surrounding area is very scenic, a very quiet place perfect for relaxing by the pool. Susie and her husband were very nice hosts, very friendly and happy to help out when we needed something. They also gave us recommendations for the area. Lari is definitely worth a visit for a walk around, ice cream(!) and food. The people we met in Lari were the friendliest we met on our vacation in Italy and we felt very comfortable.
