Thomas was so sweet and helpful. He was an absolute gentleman and wonderful host. The views were amazing. Very homey and decorated in the Tuscany style. Close to town but perfect for a quiet escape in the Tuscan countryside.

Incredible stay and Bernardino and his family were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. They helped us check in later and were there to help us with any questions we had. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful Tuscan retreat.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Our stay at Dario's house was just perfect! The apartment is stylishly furnished, beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Particularly impressive was the private pool – an absolute oasis of well-being! 🏊‍♂️✨ Everything was extremely clean and tidy, which immediately gave a pleasant feeling. Privacy was absolutely given, and yet Dario was incredibly helpful when we needed something. His hospitality was great – friendly, attentive and present in just the right measure! 😊 A great stay all around – we will definitely come back! 🌟

We stayed 5 amazing days at Il Gufo and loved every minute. Jacopo is an amazing host and went out of his way throughout to make our stay great. Even meeting us locally and showing us the way to the house. We highly recommend staying at The Owl. The location, high in a valley provides spectacular views and is perfect to relax and unwind. We do not know what was better. The location, accommodations or the fact that we met Jacopo and became immediate friends. That combination made for the greatest memories. Also Luba, their beautiful dog, immediately loved us and greeted us ever time we returned. A little secret, he is an amazing chef and if you get a chance to go to his restaurant do it. Also his dinner recommendations were great. We had dinner at Corte Dei Frati 2 times. Thank you Jacopo for making our 30th Anniversary trip so amazing. Sonia was extremely helpful from start to beginning. Gave us great recommendations which ended up being some of our favourite nights! The most stunning location and beautifully kept place, with everything you could possibly need to live in. 30 mins from Florence, 1 hour from Siena and miles of beautiful scenery and wineries as far as the eye can see As a british couple in our 20’s we loved our stay here ❤️

This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

Very easy to find and close to funicular that ran every 30 minutes on schedule. At least 5 restaurants for lunch and dinner. Small store for basics. Terrace facing northeast was wonderful in the morning. Umbrellas for shade if needed. Washer with folding clothesline to dry inside or out. We only used the main bedroom and bath - both on second floor. Very nice. The second bedroom was on the second floor and second bath was in the basement - did not use those spaces or the sitting room in walkout basement. Kitchen stocked with basics for electric coffee maker (a bit noisy) and hand brother. Gas stove for heating milk. Toaster oven. Large grid freezer with many ice trays. Enjoyed the cat that showed up A few times. Easy 20 min walk from main train station (not Centro) to funicular. Main station also had many bus connections like to Grotta Giusti but only to swim in outdoor pool. You can’t swim in the cave - too bad. Would love to come back.

We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

We had a great time at Elisabetta's, all the services were impeccable, starting from the check-in where Elisabetta was flexible about the time and extremely helpful. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need and impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The setting is also dreamy. I absolutely recommend a stay, you will not regret it!

We were 2 and a dog there for a week. The apartment is rather small, but the outdoor area is large and fenced. Andrea showed us everything and gave good tips for the area. You should be well spread on mosquitoes, but even there Andrea had a starter set😏 ready.

Great cottage, quietly located in nature. For shopping and the sea by car about 15-20 minutes. Paola and her colleague Paolo are very helpful.

The views are exquisite and play in interaction with the amazing hosts who were very welcoming and service-oriented to the last detail. Daniel's accommodation is as described in the pictures and in the listing and completely sufficient for two people! Everything was very, very clean and well maintained. Daniela was also always available to us personally and very flexible when it came to check-in - thank you very much for that! We had a great time and can recommend the accommodation 100% 🙂

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

The house is in a splendid location: on a hill close to the woods, it faces the sea and the row of cypresses of Bolgheri. A unique place, the view and sunsets are priceless. The main beaches can be reached by car in a time ranging from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the destination. If you're at home, ping pong is a great resource for children (and adults). Wild boars (these only beyond the net that borders the forest), badgers and hares run around nearby and you meet them daily. The close presence of the main house is both reassuring and very discreet, you have total privacy. Inside, the house is very well organized and extremely pleasant to live in. Marina is very helpful and attentive. We had a wonderful time!

We were at Maria and Massimo's for the second time this year and will definitely come back next year. We felt right at home. The tranquility, the beautiful nature and landscape wonderful! Massimo is so kind and helpful. We were very comfortable. Thank you and see you soon!

The photos are very representative, a stay for four is very pleasant. The view from the balcony is peaceful. Being able to park the car in front of the door is a plus. Grocery stores are 15 minutes away, and restaurants are in a nearby village.

Great, very well-equipped apartment in a good location, close to the center and close to the beach. The fenced garden and nearby parks were ideal for our dog. Free parking directly in front of the house (but in May/June. In the high season, the parking situation is probably much more difficult). Mauro was a very friendly host. We would come back anytime.

Bianca is one of the best hosts I ever encountered. She is very friendly, welcoming and social. She is very passionate about her house and guests. She treated us like friends and I think we already became friends for life. Her house is very special, magical, clean and beautiful. Its very spacious felt right at home and had everything we needed. Its private and peaceful yet walking distance from Grassina town down the hill, around 10 minutes walk. The town has everything you need from restaurants to bars, Farmacia, little boutique shops and beauty salons. The location is perfect and outside the city but only 20-30 minutes from Florence. I am defiantly coming back to this place.
