Absolute gem 10 minutes ride from Arezzo! We spent here whole month, working remotely and taking few days off. Anna gave us precise instructions how to find the apartment, it was self-checkin, so everything was very smooth. This apartment was crystal clean when we came, it has everything you need for long-term stay: fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, full size table. There is a small living room combined with kitchen, but it was totally sufficient for having some rest after a long day. Bathroom is very spacious and super clean - there is also a washing machine with detergents, also external clothes dryer. Bedroom has big comfy bed with comfortable sheets - we really felt like home here. Regarding work, the internet was sometimes slower, but we were both able to work concurrently during the day. Overall, it was amazing experience, this apartment is at great spot, 2-mins from highway, 10 mins from Arezzo, 1min walk there is bar/coffee/shop. Thank you very much!

The host couple showed extremely enthusiastic welcome! Warm room and delicious breakfast which was so satisfying. Best part of my trip in Europe.

I can’t say enough good things about this place; place being the house, the village, the people in the village and the surrounding countryside. All of that in addition to the gracious hosts! Manuela and Massimo were super-communicative (reached out to see if I needed anything as well as responded quickly to my messages). The home was perfect! Great space in which to spend a month as a home base. I traveled a bit (I had a car) and stayed put as well (getting to know the village and the immediately surrounding areas). It was tough to leave but I left with a great sense of peace from being allowed to detach from “real life” for a month in Italy in this beautiful place. I’ll be back and would definitely rent this place again!

To stay with Mario you have to love driving. If so, then it's a perfect location. You are within an hour of Florence, Sienna, Montepulciano, Pisa etc. Surrounded by vineyards, mountains and natural beauty. You have your own private space in the back garden and can enjoy a nice glass of wine as the evening closes in.
