Bright house with garden and terrace, 200 m from the Tram and 5 minutes from the historic center by car, located near the beaches of Grau du Roi, La Grande Motte, Cévennes, Pont du Gard… Ideal place for a stay with friends and family. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom with 180 x 200 bed, toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room giving access to a pretty exterior with sheltered terrace area. Upstairs, 2 equipped bedrooms, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 180, a shower room and 1 toilet.

Ideally located for visiting the city on foot, close to the esplanade, 5 minutes from the train station, the arenas and the historic centre, 15 minutes from the gardens of the fountain, very quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants, museums and shops. Our duplex accommodation includes a large kitchen open to the living/dining room. A bathroom with double sink, toilet. Upstairs bedroom with skylight and (NEW: CEILING FAN) possibility of parking in the building for an additional fee.

Lovely, quiet studio just outside Nîmes. Ideal for visiting Nîmes and the surrounding area. Secure parking in residence. Streetcar bus 3 minutes' walk. 10 minutes from train station and city center (15-20 minutes on foot). It's on the 2nd floor, with elevator. The apartment has air conditioning, wifi (fiber) and a pleasant terrace. Locked bike room. It has a comfortable bed and a 120 cm sofa bed (for 1 or 2 children). Bed linen and towels are provided.

Bedroom with 140 mattress and neat bedding, sofa bed in the living room that converts to 140 to accommodate potential friends, 11 m2 terrace, 80 m2 garden. Relax in this quiet space where fiber has just been installed. I would be happy to host you if you give 24 hours' notice.

Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Close to the CHU, IUT, VATEL or the Maison des Compagnons, the Micha studio has two large living rooms overlooking a small terrace on the ground floor of our family home. Our friends Coca and Nene will throw you a party as a welcome. In fine weather, guests can take advantage of the swimming pool as they wish. The Saint Césaire district is an old village with all the shops for essential purchases.
