Very nice apartment in the center of Kutaisi. The location was very central and you could walk everywhere. It was a bit noisy in the evening but it was in the city center. The communication was very good. Mariam is proactive and helped us with our needs immediately! She got us a parking permit and we were able to store our luggage for longer. We can highly recommend this accommodation and Mariam and look forward to staying there again in a few days. Thank you very much!

Lovely apartment with great location. The house was clean, all amenities were present, there is a TV with Smart TV. The hostess was welcoming and friendly, check-in and check-out went without any problems. There is a shop within walking distance, you can walk to the center, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful

Beautiful accommodation in an indescribably beautiful and quiet location overlooking the sea and the Turkish coast. The host is responsive and attentive. The interior is clean and of high quality, there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation. I didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come again.

My mom and I truly enjoyed staying at Lena’s place! The house is on the steep hill, yes, but my mom (72 years old) and I are fit and didn’t find walking up the to the house challenging at all. We only had little backpacks and no luggage. The views of the place were absolutely amazing and the place is very comfortable and spacious—it absolutely has everything you need. Great WiFi too. Since we arrived late in the evening, we used airport pickup/transfer service recommend by Lena and were brought straight to the place—very smooth and easy check-in. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed for a few days on holiday with mother. We had a fantastic time and felt like at home. The apartment is quiet, safe, spacious, well equipped. The bed is very comfortable too - not firm at all. The balcony is also a great bonus. The area around is busy but not noisy. Lots of restaurants and small businesses. Linda was very helpful and responsive. The house is amazing. The views from balcony are breathtaking. The house has many grocery stores on walking distance and all the major attractions are just a few minutes taxi ride. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend staying.

Cozy, convenient and well-equipped apartment. Ia was very nice and attentive, gave all needed instructions and recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, taking a bath and having fun — Netflix, YouTube, board games and even a record player! Location is pretty good, easy to get to the sea, park, and old town, also in this area there are many good cafes. Recommend!

Giorgi's apartment was very nice, with beautiful views of the mountains. His mother greeted us and left us breakfast prepared in the kitchen. The only thing to improve is that it was cold inside the apartment.

I had a great one month stay at Manana's place and would definitely stay there again! The place was nice and big, with tall ceilings and a nice living room area to relax in. The balcony was really nice to eat meals with a view of the city.

I've been to a lot airbnb's but this was definitely the best airbnb experience ever. The space is even better than in the pictures , very clean and you will find everything you need in it. Tamta is very assisting to help with everything which makes you feel very safe. During my stay there was a lot of rain, I felt very cozy at home watching Netflix with a wine from the couch!

Everything was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better location and Irakli was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Mziko’s place is beautiful and she was very helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. She sent us very clear instructions with pictures which made the check in process seamless. Further, the place is right next to a fabulous restaurant too. Waking up and having our first cup of coffee in the terrace overlooking the cobbled street felt like something out of a dream. Highly recommend this place!
