A wonderful small studio full of character. Just a short walk over the river to the Old city, so peaceful, and would definitely recommend it. Added bonus of the complimentary shower gel and shampoo as we forgot ours!

I loved the location, the building and the apartment. It was simply wonderful. I only wish the mattress was a bit softer and the pillows were of a better quality, but nethertheless still 10 out of 10.

We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.

An exceptional stay in the heart of Kutaisi. This apartment isn't just one of the best in the city; it's a hidden gem. The photos, while lovely, don't do justice to the sheer scale and elegance of the rooms. Beyond the tasteful interior and prime location, it was the symphony of thoughtful details that truly impressed me. From the convenience of filtered tap water and an abundance of laundry and dishwasher supplies to the lightning-fast internet and a collection of charging cables for any device, every need was anticipated. The fresh, fluffy towels and hotel-style slippers added a touch of unexpected luxury, while the parking spaces directly beside the entrance made coming and going effortless. I also took the host's offer to rent a car from him, and it was a seamless experience. The vehicle was delivered to our doorstep at a rate that local rental companies couldn't match. For a truly five-star experience in Kutaisi, look no further.

Beautiful garden. The apartment is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the wood as an element of the interior. It's just an Inst. place!!!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

It was most likely our bonus for the last days of relaxation, and exploring the history of Georgia. We came by tourists to visit, and left with relatives!!!! We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We had a great stay at Paloma's place! The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, with a beautiful view, and still close to the heart of Sighnaghi. The house itself is incredibly stylish and full of character. Even though we were only three people, and the home is quite spacious, it would be ideal for a larger family or group looking for a calm retreat in the area. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped, and we especially loved the garden – a lovely spot to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sighnaghi!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mariana’s place! The beds & sheets were so cozy and comfy, the place was clean and warm, and Mariana was so helpful and kind. Her son, Alex even helped us to carry our luggage to the second floor. In the morning, Mariana prepared breakfast for us upon request and it was extremely generous for the price. We felt completely at home ❤️ they even had a cute cat that would come and say hello!

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

Great apartment in a modern complex, there is an elevator, a good restaurant nearby, a 24-hour supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. There is also access to the highway and other entertainment for children nearby. The owner of the apartment is very helpful and friendly, was very attentive to us. I recommend this place.

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.
