Beachfront holiday rental in Caucasus Mountains

Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Amazing apartment with corner balcony View of the sea, the mountains, and the city. Cute interior. I recommend renting an apartment from individuals, not Orby City. Because Georgians are disgusted with Russian. They were supposed to bring us towels (because the host has an agreement with them), so we waited for towels from these Georgians for 24 hours. And Lucas delivered them to us through his friend within an hour! There were all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator, food ordered from Wolt, delivery for 20 minutes, very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. If we go to Batumi, we will rent a place only here

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this dome! Everything was perfectly organized, impeccably clean, and maintained to the highest standards. Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

My stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos, and the balcony is simply breathtaking—very high with a stunning view. The bedroom is perfectly designed for restful sleep, as the curtains allow you to create complete darkness. A special thank you to the host—such a kind and well-mannered young lady. The host was very understanding and helpful. He did everything in his power to us when there was a problem. The views from the house were full of peace. I can say that it is the most beautiful place to choose in Trabzon, both the location of the house is 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the center. We enjoyed the 1 week vacation very much, thank you very much for everything.

Don't be fooled by the exterior facade of the residential complex. A nice and clean apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator. Everything is secured with good internet. Right on a good beach location. A 30-minute walk along the promenade will take you to the city's attractions.

The location of the apartment is excellent, the balcony is stunning. Spacious and tidy apartment. But the biggest and most significant advantage is and Keho the host!!! Lovely man, friendly, will always offer help. Including transportation around Batumi, none on him made our stay fun!!
