Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Caswell Beach

Our family of 4 adults completely enjoyed this home. Check in was easy. The location is convenient to Publix, Food Lion, beach shops and everything in between. The home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and relaxing with all the essentials included. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels were of nice quality. LR was spacious, stylish and inviting. The kitchen was well appointed. We did not go out to the beach, but the garage space contained everything we would have needed and more for a beach day. Terri arranged a golf cart for us. It was there and waiting for us upon arrival. It was in excellent condition. Terri gave us several recommendations on places to eat. From breakfast, lunch, and dinner to even the best places for ice cream. Terri checked in with us daily to make sure we were satisfied. We had a lovely dinner at Island Way. Was an upscale, casual restaurant. Our meal was heavenly. Lots of crab, scallops and shrimp in one dish. We will be back. Terri was the best host!!

Our family enjoyed our annual beach vacation in Amy’s home. We loved the location, how comfortable and clean the house was and we were amazed by the amenities provided and also how well organized everything was. Amy was a great host and I would recommend the Amazing Greysea to anyone. The location is unbeatable and as mentioned the beach is basically private. We are a family of 6 traveling with a toddler, teenager and adult kids. We also brought our 3 dogs with us. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we will be back in the future.

My family all loved Charlie’s house! It was a great layout for adults chatting around the kitchen bar while kids had room to play. Kitchen was well equipped and furniture was comfortable. Having the linens in plastic wrap was a nice touch and felt very clean and safe. The beach was really nice in front of the house. Climbing over the dunes gave us a good workout, but also gave us privacy from beach walkers, etc. Hoping to rent here again!

This place is a mother's dream come true for a vacation. The preparations and details they put into making it into the most accommodating place to stay. Words and pictures can't even explain how great it was, and we will be back many times to come and will not stay anywhere else!! I have a age range of kids from 16 years old teenagers 4 year old and a 1 year old and they were all satisfied with things to do. Then me and my mom were able to relax comfortably. Very organized, clean and prepared. You will need to not bring anything but clothes and your family. I promise everything else is there plus more. Super responsive,generous and kind host that really take pride into making sure you have the best stay making great memories with your family without any worries. Thank you for making it super easy on this mama!! We had an amazing time and look forward to future trips!

We loved our stay in Oak Island. 4 adults and 2 dogs fit comfortably - the house is well stocked, clean, and cozy. The beach is a couple minutes walk away. Lots of food options are walkable as well. Robyn and Mike were very helpful and responsive. The deck and covered porch are amazing places to relax. Highly recommend.

Our family stay at the Barefoot Bungalow was great! It was walking distance to the beach and had a wonderful porch for morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rest of the house was just as described. We brought our own linens but they offered a linen service if we had needed it. The hosts were very responsive and had a helpful guide for the area. The washer and dryer were excellent amenities! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Julie & Darren were wonderful and their home was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 and large dog. there was plenty of pace for everyone, thoughtful additions such as pet toys, water & food bowls, covers for the couches, beach accessories to use. i could go on and on about how wonderful and homey our stay was. we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! The home was new, clean and beautiful! There was plenty of room, especially with the decks! It met our needs perfectly! We loved all of the activities in the fun yard! It was the best one in the area! We also enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Drew responded quickly to my questions before our stay, which I really appreciated. He was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, if we vacation in Oak Island in the future.

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Jeanette’s place will always be special to us, we got engaged! 💕 Kelly & Pauly

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

Overall, this was a great experience. She had clear instructions and was very responsive. The place was a short walk from the beach and it was cute and cozy!

I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a calm and relaxing environment in North Myrtle Beach! This unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, allowing our group to feel right at home. The view from the balcony is stunning and the inside of the place itself is lovely. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach! It is conveniently close to a grocery store and several other restaurants, making it an ideal spot for an extended stay. Ervisa, as well as her partner Jon, were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. She also provided me with her number, ensuring she was always available to answer any questions I had! Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely book this rental again in the future :).

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

We absolutely loved our week at Anne’s condo. It was not only beautifully decorated, but also very cozy and comfortable. Our favorite place to hang out was on the deck overlooking the beach and pool. The kitchen was amazing. Everything we needed was right there. The beds were so comfortable. Anne was extremely helpful in every way. She answered all my questions and provided lots of great helpful hints about where to visit and eat. It was an awesome first visit to Ocean Isle Beach and definitely not our last.

It was cozy little place with a great view of the ocean and we loved the balcony for breakfast. It was perfect for our Mom & Daughter trip.

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! We have stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience! Anne is very responsive and always friendly. The place is well equipped and comfortably accommodates our family of five. Definitely recommend!

Renee and Bill were awesome. I messed up my travel dates, and they really worked with me. A+ The place is awesome, we dined on the desk every meal, which has a great view of the ocean. You don't need to rent chairs or an umbrella, they have it all, including a great beach wagon to haul everything you need to the beach. Recently remodeled, the place was spotless. Also the most comfortable mattress of any place I've rented, hands down. We will be renting this place again, I don't think you can do better.

You get exactly what you are expecting. Great place, great location! Host was very responsive and wonderful. We loved the place. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Would definitely come back and stay at the same place! Highly recommend it.
